THEY STOLE $1,000 from us!!! I have been and ATT customer for years and have never experienced something so terrible.I saw there’s another review with similar feelings. I brought my 13 in(only a few months old) and there was a promotion to trade it in for a 14 and get $1,000 towards that bill. The young man took my phone and gave me the 14 . Months later I was still not seeing the $1,000 credit on our bill. We were paying $350 a month for 2 phones!When I checked our account they had added a third phone number THAT WE DONT EVEN KNOW to our account and we are paying for it.The manager Josiah gave us the run around multiple times (4 or 5 times in store) saying he remembered me, and he would email management, and he was going to help and get the security footage etc but it was all fluff to get us to leave the store.Customer retention was able to find that my iPhone 13 HAD BEEN ACTIVATED AND WAS BEING USED!!!!! But the information on who is using it is confidential. We are calling the police tomorrow- but DO NOT GO HERE! I have never ever ever left a bad review or bad rating but the hours of wasted time and the fact someone in that store pocketed my phone is just too much

Nothing but a hassle since upgrading my phone here. The young guy who helped us ordered the incorrect phone and sent our devices to the incorrect address. Told us to *call and tell them I didn't tell you about the activation fee*... still to be charged $35x3. Called and spoke with management and was told it was out of their hands so I had to undo their mistakes. Also was charged for insurance that I had denied. Looks like I am the fool who fell into their money hungry trap weeks before christmas! No worries they'll refund the fee as AT&T credit, not back into your bank account. Don't recommend purchasing here if you value your sanity lol

Josiah was very professional, efficient and pleasant. I really was impressed with such great work ethic and customer service. I didn't feel rushed or pushed to buy the latest device. He even offered to help after I receive my phone, if need be. Thank you so much. Give that man a raise!

Absolutely AWFUL experience. Be warned and go elsewhere. Attempted to upgrade my phone after the screen shattered. I asked for an SE 128, the box for the phone they provided to me had “SE 128” on it. I got home and was trying to transfer data only to learn after hours on the phone with Apple that I was given a 64 Gig phone, not a 128, even though the box said 128. Then, I went back the next day and returned the phone, they claimed I would not be charged for the installment and that all upgrade fees, etc would be reversed. I just got my AT& T bill and I was not only charged for the installment payment on the phone I returned but also a host of insurance and services that I specifically said I did not want in the new phone. They never processed the return and now I have had to waste hours on the phone with AT&T and pay nearly $100 for something I returned. The best AT&T can do is give me a credit toward my next bill. So now on top of it all I’m out nearly $100 just a few days after Christmas because of this store and their atrocious behavior. The way this store operates is beyond disgraceful. Be warned and go elsewhere. AT&T should be horrified to have such a store representing their brand.

I cannot say enough about JP and the amazing customer service.His expertise and knowledge along with his great personality left me so satisfied and grateful I changed my mind about changing providers.My husband and I were so impressed with JP's honesty and vast knowledge of our account and upgrades we bought 2 new phones with our upgrades and decided to stay with AT&T.I never do reviews but feel JP deserves recognition for his Amazing Customer Service.

Our experience with this store and AT&T in general has been horrific as of late. Our family of four recently upgraded our phones and it has been a hassle ever since. Unbeknownst to me, there are corporate stores and authorized retailers. This is the problem. They don't seem to play by the same rules. They each tell you something different. I am absolutely ready to go with any other service provider. It's unfortunate because we have been with AT&T for a very long time. I now have to place another call about a brand new phone that stopped working and was sent back and insurance was involved, replacement received. The new/non working phone was stolen by either USPS mail carrier or AT&T personnel and replaced with a very, very old phone (see picture). I can't deal with this poor service anymore.

I don't have an issue with the associate. He was knowledgeable and fixed the issue til I got home and lo and behold. In order for it to work for a short time I have to keep rebooting it

I used to have VZW, there slogan should be, “We want your money.” I came in here because my phone wasn’t working and VZW was no help, Josiah was able to fix my phone without even knowing I didn’t have AT&T, after that I switched because he mentioned I could get a FirstNet discount and he even gave me a free watch. This stored slogan should be, “How can I help?”
