They never ever pickup the phone to refill scripts that require phone refills vs online refills.20-30 minutes hold to be hung up on numerous times a month!!!!How is this company still in business

I ordered some cold medications and specifically requested to leave them at the door as I was very ill. The gentleman who made the delivery stated that he still needed an id. And made me wait standing almost outside on a cold damp day and sick until he managed to figure out his app. Finally told me not to worry and to go inside. I understand it's not his fault, he is just following instructions from the pharmacy but it's unacceptable that the pharmacy makes these nonsense requests. It's just a cold medication. Never again! I saw this medication at CVS for a much better price.

If you look at their website..the most popular hours are between 1pm and 2pm. That's when they close for lunch!! Brilliant!!Westbrook Walgreens pharmacy is not even open on weekends!! What kind of idiots make these decisions!!!

15-30 min hold times minimum and usually they pick up and put u back on hold only to then hang up in your face without having a chance to say word ?♂️. The worst!!!Some of us have no choice but to call to refill scheduled meds and they have one line, even for Doctors office!! My docs can’t get through as there is no back/door line. National chain and customer support of a third world country, actually it’s probably worseComplaints filed on several folks over the years whom no longer work there from several folks I know including us. Just document their names and issue and record their blatant disregard for your care and or document it with a notebook call Corp and the store manager or stop in and complain in person ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE A DISABILITY. This is the only way the chain/Corp with hammer down on this store I know switched to CVS and a few others but I prefer to use them as it’s on my way to work between my home and workTHEY are great at violation of the law they swear to protect “ American with disabilities act” a clear violation of the dept of justice. No idea how they don’t have separate lines and extra workers for mandatory call refills or doctors !!

Sat on hold for 24 minutes only to be hung up on when calling to check on my script- after they screwed it up, AGAIN. The idea that a nationwide pharmacy cannot get a refill right month after month, and then leave customers on hold after telling them to "call in to resolve" the issue with the same script every single month- and to hang up on the customer??? Last month the excuse was staffing. You are telling me that not a single employee has 2 minutes to answer a call while the customer sits on hold for 25 minutes? It only takes 10 minutes to change pharmacies.

i go to this walgreens quite often as i live and work between westbrook and clinton. it’s a standard walgreens besides the severe downgrade from other stores. there is always some kind of issue regarding very few and overworked employees. some of these employees i see every single day without exaggeration. as well as the lack of help from management with other customers harassing their employees. the reason i choose to write a review today though is because although the store is regularly dusty and unorganized, there is HUMAN FECES on the OUTSIDE of the toilet in the women’s room. i truly hope management gets their act together before losing anymore businesses because me and many of my colleagues and friends have sworn away from walgreens at least in this area.

Had a $5 reward that expires today. For some no good reason the Manager couldn't make it work for our purchase although my husband had it right on his email. Why bother to shop here for rewards they don't honor? If you had a competent Manager they would care for the customer immediately. I want my $5 now. It expires today.***UPDATE*** Manager told us to wait for email come back in after our sale and would get our $5. Just went back with the new email and she AGAIN refused to give it to us. DONT SHOP HERE!!

The woman at the pharmacy is so helpful and kind. I needed a prescription filled that wasn’t covered by my health insurance. She helped me pick out over the counter solutions that would work similarly. I’m so grateful she took the time!

Got a Covid test and surprisingly the young man behind the glass never asked for my Identification. Only asked for my name and birthday. I asked him if he wants to see my ID and he never responded. Someone could be positive and send anyone that is negative to get tested in his or her place, and then provide that to their employer or whomever. Just saying, ID should be mandatory. My teen son went the day before me and he was asked for his identification.

I was called to come in for my second covid shot 5 days earlier than previously planned. Had to hire child care so I didn't have to drag them 40 mins down and 40 minutes back on top of leaving work early. Upon arrival the pharmacist said they don't want to use anymore shots for the day and come back tomorrow. I said that would mean another 1/2 day of work wasted another 80 mins of driving . They called me to make the appointment with a guarantee there would be one available but couldn't call me not to come and reschedule. They screw up and we suffer the consequences. This shot actually costed me about $250 bucks all said and done.
