It would be really nice if the online refill request system actually worked instead of pretending your request went through and nothing happening. Especially nice if medications are time sensitive and often not stocked having to be ordered...

They never ever pickup the phone to refill scripts that require phone refills vs online refills.
20-30 minutes hold to be hung up on numerous times a month!!!!
