I was called to come in for my second covid shot 5 days earlier than previously planned. Had to hire child care so I didn't have to drag them 40 mins down and 40 minutes back on top of leaving work early. Upon arrival the pharmacist said they don't want to use anymore shots for the day and come back tomorrow. I said that would mean another 1/2 day of work wasted another 80 mins of driving . They called me to make the appointment with a guarantee there would be one available but couldn't call me not to come and reschedule. They screw up and we suffer the consequences. This shot actually costed me about $250 bucks all said and done.

The cashier rung in a sale item wrong and we turned around to bring it to her, didn’t cause a fuss at first, and she was a bit rude to us saying, “I have customers, the line starts back there.” Just call the manager so she can fix it, which she finally did.

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever had to deal with!

CLINTON CT -AWFUL PEOPLE -The most unprofessional(NEW) pharmacist ! Don't go here . The new pharmacist and her sidekick Rebecca talk and laugh about customers when they think you can't hear them. If you dont want your personal information & illness laughed about and for everyone else to hear , stay far away from this place! My complaint has gone in as have others . I would have given 0 stars if the system allowed me to.

Worst experience I've ever had with a pharmacy. First went to the drive thru and sat and rang the bell three times. Nothing. There was even someone with his back to me, and I know he saw us, and didn't even acknowledge us. I then walked in and when I got to the registrar at 1pm they had no script for me in the system. Odd since I left the dr office at 10:30 and they were calling it in as I left. They suggested I called the office, which I did. Dr office called and left a message on the pharmacy line at 10:30, which no one bothered to check. Sat and waited another 15 minutes with not a single Customer in front of me for a zpack. Yes, just a simple sticker on a box. Nothing to pour or measure.

I miss the staff that were in the pharmacy before I called the other day for a refill They rushed me off the phone and hung up saying they would handle it Days have gone by Nothing has come through so I called again tonight and they keep putting me into their routing system They pick up and hang up repetitive I think it's very poor customer service I finally called on another phone in my home and got through to them within five minutes the other phone call that I had been in the circling routing system was still waiting and it was going on 18 minutes I told them I've been waiting a long time they just wanted to know what I was calling for and then told me ....oh We don't show anything here for you this was my third attempt I'll definitely be leaving this pharmacy

If it were possible to give the pharmacy 0 stars, it'd be fitting. I have never had a good experience with the pharmacy at this location. Visit one, I was left to sit for 45 mins while the female tech "waited" for an order to be sent over from my drs office (practically next door), despite the office saying they had sent it immediately. The tech told me I could call the office back (I did and was assured on the phone the order had been resent). The tech didn't accept the paperwork I had brought in from the office to fill two basic rx. She also didn't offer to call the office directly to expedite the process. After 45 mins, I left with no rx. I was told she'd call me when they received it, no call. Instead, I called them right before closing and was told by the same tech that they'd just received it but were preparing to close. I asked that she send it to the nearest location (Westbrook) to be filled and she said she would do so. It was needed urgently. I got to Westbrook and they said they had nothing sent to them. But at least they went the extra mile to figure it out and fill it rather than send me home again empty-handed. Second time, I was told my son's inhaler couldn't be covered by insurance because it was considered step therapy. Again, no offer to help. Westbrook fixed it. Last time, I called ahead and was left on hold for 25 mins with no assistance. I could hear someone picking up the receiver just to put the phone back on hold repeatedly. When I called Westbrook, they answer immediately and ask if you mind holding. Then check back in. Moral of the story: shop at the location if convenient, but if you need the pharmacy, drive the extra mile(s) to Westbrook where you'll actually receive good service.

It never ceases to amaze me when cashiers can get through entire transaction without uttering one word to you. No greeting, no telling me my total, no telling me to have a nice evening. But she did have plenty of chat for her friend in line behind me who not only got a greeting but also got to hear about how shortstaffed they were. I’ll stick to the self check out at the Walmart next time I need anything drugstore related.

Generally I have positive experiences here. The cashiers are always nice and fast and the pharmacist is patient when I have questions about possible interactions. But a few weeks ago I witnessed some disappointing behavior. One of the pharmacy techs (I assume it was a tech- she was working in the pharmacy but not the actual pharmacist) was extremely rude to an elderly woman. The tech yelled at the woman and then spoke loudly (and inappropriately) about her to a colleague. Everybody in the vicinity heard and I was heartbroken. And then last weekend their debit/credit system was down. I showed up to pick up two scripts and they couldn't ring me out. The tech was not helpful whatsoever and offered no solutions. I finally asked if it was possible to transfer my scripts as I needed them filled before leaving for the holidays. She rolled her eyes and said "I guess we can do that."
