This review is based upon my last visit only - I have had nothing but great experiences with all the staff (all female) until now. The new male employee is evidently all about being adversarial. He was extremely nasty and rude to the customer before me and then to me. He turned me away when I was trying to make an Amazon return. Granted I needed to re-box my returns but his entire demeanor was ugly and rude. From other reviews here I see that is just his way of operating. This store needs to remove him from interacting with customers. If I were his boss he would be looking for alternate employment. If there are two people on the counter and he asks you to step forward just wait until the other counter person is free. That is what I will do if I go back.

I’m writing this again because my last review conveniently disappeared. The words can’t describe the service. No greeting,no smile no thank you But now I understand why they don’t care, they are the only ones in this area. Now I know not to buy from Amazon so I can eliminate the hassle of returning through UPS.

The staff always have been very friendly except for apparently new male staff. I observed him being rude to an elderly lady then when it was my turn he humiliated me in front of other customers and asked me if I could read bc I was at the wrong place. I have been going there for years as its very close to my residence but now I rather drive an hour than having to go back there.

I came into the store with a huge hodgepodge of personal belongings that were haphazardly presented to the staff, needing to be shipped across the country back home from Clinton where I used to live. The things had a lot of meaning and monetary value, including a vulnerable large piece of art. I also happened to be accompanied by my two very *active* school-age sons. Needless to say I was stressed. I arrived home to all my packages and immediately exhaled with relief. Everything was packaged with such attentive care that fragile and meanginful things were preserved. Thank you so much for your patience and care.

Well, that's 20 minutes I'll never get back thanks to slow, plodding service; a clearly disgruntled employee; and apparently not enough staff. I felt like I was being chastised for patronizing their business.

This review is a must!! Their professional service is only exceeded by the staff's demeanor. I'm always greeted with a smile it's like they can't wait to help. They are quick, and know EVERYTHING about delivering great service. Why go anywhere else. We use them for regular mail and package shipping

Always ask for receipt of tracking numbers and double check them. Went into store yesterday only to hear one male employee loudly expressing how disgruntled he was to the other employee, I was first person in line but I waited for help while they both chose not to look in my direction even though Door entry was noticed. When finally asked if he could help me he tossed packages and was simply not personable. I asked for receipt and as walking away i made it a point to check it. Good thing because he missed scanning one of my packages.I went back and he puked them out again and checked and found the one that was missed. Then gave me new receipt. Very unprofessional. Not hard to scan and check and repeat.Some people are sending pricey items or returns. Store is always messy and I find it much slower service and available tracking then I do with our local UPS Drop off point - which I’ll always choose to use instead so long as it’s an option, from now on

Glad I'm not the only one experiencing feeling like an inconvenience! Literally standing in line while one lady is having a gab session with a friend. Then acts like I'm a complete burden when she finally decides to take me. The younger girl seemed to be nice though from what I could observe. Yikes.

Just had an Amazon return. I brought it in, they scanned the QR code, and badabing, shipped. In and out in one minute. Nice people, too!.

I had a basic Amazon return with the QR code but they told me they can't ship it. I've done it a dozen times before elsewhere but this store seems to be in a time warp. Less than friendly.
