I was told one thing by the chat customer service. Then to call. Wasted an hour of my day to be told I was given bad information (basically lied to or just bad information) and decided not to complete my purchase. The website says 50% off of anything in the outlet stored. When you place certain things in your cart from the outlet stores they system decides if it can be discounted which is a total waste of a customer's time and extremely frustrating. Decided to leave the site and head over to Nike, who honors their first responders and honors their agreed discounts even if their system says otherwise. I was told to drive to the store over an hour away, when I'm totally temporarily disabled to get the discount. Pretty sad.

It was my first time shopping at Under armour for more than 30 minutes and Rob was very kind to not only assist me with the right sizes that looked better and guided me with the better materials that would work better for my activities, but he also surprisingly gave me an additional discount on top of the deals at the outlet store. Thank you also so much for your help in signing me up for the membership account. It was a pleasant shopping experience.
