I visited a few weeks ago looking for a great walking shoe and was able to take advantage of their awesome BOGO 50% off deal for a pair of shoes for myself and my husband. I've always been a fan of Sketchers because they make shoes that last me a long time, look cute and are extremely comfortable. I think the outlet location here is a bit on the smaller side but they actually had both the shoes we were looking for in our size in comparison to a closer Sketchers with a much larger store space that didn't even carry one of the two options we were seeking. Still, when the outlet isn't crazy busy, it's large enough that you have space to try on your shoes and test them out properly.
I also enjoyed the employees I spoke to and who helped me get a pair up in the top areas of the wall. I'll def be back in the future for another pair when the time is right!

A good shoe store with plenty of shoe, sneakers and sandal’s options. They have a men’s and women’s section. The staff was very helpful.

Just had a fabulous experience at Sketchers today, the staff was amazing, and even though they were clearly under staffed it didn’t affect my experience. I went in looking for something specific and was having a hard time finding it, mostly because of the Vast section they had. But they noticed I was walking all over the place and helped me find what I needed in no time.
So over all great experience, pricing isn’t as good as I would have liked but the experience was perfect.

Terrible experience. Poor customer service.Called customer service center, no help. The product is great but the service from the sales staff to th “800” customer service center is non existent.

They were following all the covert rules and regulations allowing a certain amount of people in the store it only one time ... 2 people were very helpful with me finding my shoes they insisted on them finding them and putting them back. That was very helpful

The store is has lots of options but the employees are awful. I asked one employee if she worked there before asking a question and she practically rolled her eyes as she forced a, yah, out of her mouth. When I asked another employee to show me where something was, she pointed and said, it's over there. When I asked her to be more specific and maybe she could just show me, she stretched out her arm to make it longer and said, it's over there. lol just terrible. Bought 6 pair of shoes for $400, you would think they would be nicer. I won't be back. It's online for me from now on.

Selection is very limited, biggest downside for me is there are no big sizes for men like 14. Barely could find 13 in the store.
