I decided to reach out to Owen and Eric regarding a recently installed-yet-leaky transmission seal that was done by a previous local shop. Frustrated and tired of dealing with what felt like a never ending ordeal, Owen and Eric not only corrected the sealing issue, but also noticed that the previous shop had overfilled the transmission, and thus, filled it back with the proper amount of gear oil.
They also turned the job around in one day- as someone who usually DIYs everything, I knew this job would be a nightmare at home and didn't want to risk being without my car for several days. Overall, the service was perfectly executed, timely, well priced, and with excellent customer service. Every single box was checked!
For my next oil change, I went under the car and inspected the seal, sure enough, it is drier there than it ever was, even from the factory! (These seals were a poor design to start and had a service bulletin on them)
Thank you immensely to Owen and Eric for treating me and my car fairly.

Owen and Eric are absolute professionals and experts in their field. Further, they are completely honest and charge a fair price. All businesses should take a page from their book. Had some helping fixing a couple of issue on my 66 mustang with Owen Zamecnik at Rich and Ray's Automotive. If you need help with a classic he knows his stuff. I trust him completely with my car. I would recommend him to anyone I know. He does modern vehicle repair too! I extremely picky about giving a recommendation but he has earned it.

Very great work for a price you can't beat. I've had work done on my mustang a few times and they got it fixed very quick and not expensive at all. My car was in a different shop for month and couldn't figure out how to fix it and I took it here and it was fixed in one hour for $75. Great quality. Great prices. Great time
