“I have to say as a newcomer to the shoreline I would shop at this stop and shop over any of the others in the area. Their produce is always stocked and in decent shape, although I wish they would stock more organic produce at times. Three packs of the organic bell peppers especially. Their meat section rarely has anything that doesn't look fresh and appealing. Their fish department does not have an odor (Madison's you can smell as soon as you enter the store). My only complaints are the personal hygiene of some of the people working there is atrocious. A few of the younger guys working there smell lIke they haven't showered in weeks. I also have had mixed interactions with people worKing check out and now try to always scan my own groceries to avoid that part.”

“I was in CVS clinton recently and a young person came in with his shirt over his face. He clearly wanted to be wearing a mask. The gentleman employee whom I think was newer as I have not seen him before saw him and was so extremely kind to him I was impressed. He asked him if he wanted a mask and ran and gave him a couple to keep with him. So many times I see people kicked out for not wearing masks (senseless if you think about it and wanting revenue-keep masks available if needed). I see people grudgingly making judgements either way. This man saw this kids desire and handled him kindly and professionally and went out of his way to do so.”

“Mrs.Gail!! She was absolutely fantastic!! Super sweet very professional and helped me get exactly what i needed the second i walked through that door. I swear if there was food there also i wouldn't bother with stop and shop. Gail makes the mornings great and starts with a smile. And the manager i didnt get his name but was so sweet as well. Walked me right to qhere i needed to go but had i wondered further i wouldnt have interrupted his morning lol. There great bunch of people here. Love love love them!!!”

“I’ve been going here for well over 15 plus years now, I know most the staff…especially those at the pharmacy. Most of the time they are on top of things, I really can’t fault the employees for the company’s lack of staff. Most the negative reviews I’ve seen on here never take into account that some employees are only as good as the company’s training and support. That being said my last experience here was AMAZING, greeted by two friendly employees at the front, my prescriptions were filled in a timely manner and there was an abundance of staff on hand. I counted 5 not including the pharmacy.”
