I’ve got a very bad experience in branch in JBR. Guys literally spoiled my hair. I showed the pics and explained what exactly I want. I wanted to do balayage. But the result was not what I wanted. Hairdresser Alex didn’t understand that I wanted a bit lighter. After his colleague Jean put awful highlights on my hair, made my hair purely white that made me literally crying straight away in salon.
