I called the store to find out if a discontinued shoe I was looking for my son was available. Kyle (I hope his name's spelling is correct) was courteous and very helpful in finding them, offering me the in-store promo and shipping an additional pair of shoes that were not available locally. Great service!

Website says that they open at 11am, it's 11:20 and still the store is closed. So sad that employees can not show up on time!!

Johnson and Murphy has always made great shoes but for most of its existence they were kind of boring. Something happened and they now have the coolest collection of great shoes anywhere. While not cheap they are substantially less expensive than many of their top competitors-Alden and Allen Edmonds. The value is great. I’m hooked.

Very helpful staff but the shoes are now mostly made in China or India and are not made to the same quality as in the past. Shoes are not worth the price you will pay, my last pair started to fall apart after 6 months. Sad

Johnston & Murphy dell very good quality leather shoes and I'm really glad I discovered them. They also sell nice suits and shirts. The associate that attended to me was really helpful. They've also got great discounts and deals. If you told me I'd ever write a review for a men's shoes store, I wouldn't believe it. The customer service that my husband and I received today at this store is what I wish every shopping experience could be. We were with all three of our young girls and the associates both tailored to my husband's needs and kept our daughters laughing and enjoying themselves.... again, in a men's shoe store.
