Usual experience with well stocked store and some good deals. Separate areas of the store for mens, womens and kids. Staff was available but w did notice that they did not great us when entering. Checkout was quick and Jack was helpful.

Love going in here especially when I see those 50% of signs. A lot of clothing items that seem to be in style. As all the other stores, it was neat and clean.

Went to go get fitted for a birthday dinner… young man - Tucker, I think his name was - jokingly set me up with a dress shirt so big it looked like a parachute. I didn’t appreciate the waste of time. Furthermore, asking for a “roomy” shirt does not mean that I’m looking for a bed-sheet sized piece of cloth.

Good selection, same as the online website. Fitting rooms open. Returns within 39 days but only at J.C Factory stores only. Good staff. Sale is not great though, 30% off is the usual discount nothing more.
