One of my favorite Goodwills to stop at when I'm in the area. Prices have gotten a bit out of control. The employee who rang us out named Angeline was very nice.

This is what $40 gets you here… Staff are extremely nice and keep the store in good shape, but the pricing is terrible, random, and grabby. Couldn’t bear to leave this real Korean veteran’s chest, as I didn’t believe it would sell (likely to be trashed for the mold/mouse smell/damage) but with family in the military I decided to try and renovate it. Shame on those who price out items!! Years ago the prices were reasonable… and expect management to fight you on poor pricing or shelf mistakes.

I've been to many Goodwill Stores in the past and have a comparison to base this review on. This store is dirty and smells badly. Selection is limited. Staff is rude. Manager reeks of alcohol and cigarettes and they do not accept returns. Will never return.

I haven’t been to this store in couple years because prices were way too high. I was pleasantly surprised when I went this time. The store itself is clean, inviting and very well organized, prices are much more reasonable now. What really stood out to me was the employees. They were willing to help and very friendly. They looked genuinely happy to be at work. This store must be under new management because it’s a completely new environment. Kudos to the manager and employees. I will definitely be back here to shop !!

I love this store. It is currently the best GW I visit in CT. Clean, cheap and excellent quality merchandise. Love it.
