What an amazing selection of comfortable dressing shoes and casual shoes as well. They also have a selection of dressy sneakers. Plenty of options at very affordable prices as compared to other shoe stores. They did not have my size but they assisted me in being able to place an order and they will be delivered to my home.

The worst customer service ever and materials. Don't buy from this place. We bought a pair of sneakers for my wife and after 2 days, it looked like it is been used for 2 years. When we went back to the store, the guy in the store said this is normal tear and wear and he can't replaced it for us because we bought it a month ago and it should be no more than 1 to 2 days, although we have the receipt and we still within the return period. And he said the reason for that is that we may be lying and she's been wearing it for the whole month.I attached the photo and you tell me this normal for 2 days of light use!Just don't go there!

I have always had very good luck with Cole Haan shoes, but my experience in store today really solidified what a great company they are. I'm having extensive foot surgery next month and the staff here went above and beyond in finding a shoe that would fit my needs. Thank you for your outstanding service!
