Worst customer service I've ever received. Charged me $130 to tow my vehicle 0.5 miles. Not only that, but when the tow truck driver lifted the car, he punctured a hole in my fuel tank, AND he lifted the truck while I was getting out, causing me to nearly fall while exiting the vehicle! I then called to complain and angry Rob on the phone told me to call the police, it's not his problem, even though the only person I had a problem with was the tow truck driver.

Rob's work is unmatched! He's great do deal with and prices are more than fair. I wouldn't take any of my vehicles anywhere else.

saved my life. i was on my way to work when the back tire to my moped went dead flat and almost fell off. i wheeled myself down the street to aronsons and he got the tire back on the wheel and filled with air. i had no idea what i would've done if it wasn't for this place

Rob Aronson & his staff are excellent, knowledgeable and very kind. Rob even met me at the shop when I had taken an uber from the rail station. It was after hours so he made sure I wasn't picking my car up alone. Thankfully he did so, the Uber driver was extremely creepy!

They towed my car from a crash, first three days it was there I went to see the damage and talk about what it needs, no one had even looked at it. Waited up to a week kept calling no one ever answers the phone, no one called me to tell me what needed to be fixed. Went almost two weeks after it got there for them to tell me all I needed was a tire. Went and got it myself and said they'd do it in a few days (takes 15 minutes tops). Never did it. Told me to pick it up next day, I pay over the phone, go to pick it up later and they left me the keys of a completely different car, and it was dead. Unreliable. Unprofessional. Poor time management and customer interaction. Don't waste your time, I don't know who thinks you don't need your car for three almost four weeks. Inconvenient.Services: Exhaust

My mom and I got into a Jam and got a hole in her tire. we found this auto body shop and they were a life saver! Patched it up in less than 5 minutes and charged us a really fair price!! Would absolutely recommend
