I used to take my pets to a different veterinarian. But after observing the care they give to my daughter's animals. I switched immediately over to Chester vet. They truly care about your animals. They Our attentive and friendly. I wouldn't take my animals to any other establishment.

This Vet clinic has deteriorated dramatically over the past several years. I have used Chester Vet for 25+ years. It was bought out by a corporation roughly 5-6 years ago. Now there is constant Vet turnover, the cost of services have soared and they have partnered with an online Vet pharmacy that is inept at best. They get kick backs from this partnership. Chester Vet steered a recent prescription for my dog to this pharmacy- Vetcove. Somehow an expensive prescription, which I had decided to discontinue since it was not helping my dog, got stuck in an every two week Autoship mode while I was away on vacation. I came home to a pile of unopened meds on my counter. When I asked to ship the meds back and be refunded, the pharmacy refused and told me to talk to Chester Vet. Their off site manager was not helpful. After sending the last package back "refused" by the post office and alerting American Express, they agreed to refund one of the packages. I still have two though and am out an extra $310. Worst customer service. Do yourself a favor, do not agree to using their online pharmacy.

Dr. Graves agreed to take my 4-and-a-half-month-old kitten for spaying, first appointment the next day after we asked, even though it wasn't emergent. She had gone into heat and she was up howling intermittently throughout the night, restless and she couldn't sleep or eat much. It was awful for her and for us. The procedure was fine with no problems and she is recovering well. We were very grateful for their assistance and our girl is back to her normal behavior. Also, the office staff is always very nice, knowledgeable and supportive.

I have tried many vets and my experience at Chester Vets has always been best. I've been bringing pets there for over 20 years, on and off. Many years ago, I had a very sick cat. A vet from a huge regional practice told me I had let my cat get too fat and that's what was wrong with him. She didn't care that he had lost 6 pounds and refused to eat--she just pointed to the fat deposits in his abdomen. She turned me away, so I went to Dr. Flower at Chester Vets. She diagnosed him with hepatic lipidosis, which meant his liver couldn't process fat. Force feeding was the remedy. She showed me how to syringe feed him and give him subcutaneous fluids, and he eventually made a full recovery, living for several years after. All of the vets here are compassionate and kind, and they give the best care, and the support staff is first rate.

Very pleasant office staff; the vet neutered our rabbit quickly and he healed well. Definitely recommend.

When I tell you that I have never encountered a more HELPFUL, GENTLE, EXTRAORDINARY, LOVING team I mean it. This week I brought my dog to a vet (not this location) and had such a disappointing/difficult experience where she didn’t give me any hope and then I reached out to someone who referred me to this clinic and for the first time in days I finally relaxed some. Dr. Egan and Dr. Fiore performed the surgery my dog needed that other places turned me away for. The surgery technicians were Sally and Heather who did the best they could and then some and the rest of his care today has been done by Christy, Erin and Amanda. So many people put not just their time, but their love and care and hope into helping my best friend and I am so grateful for their efforts at making my boy as comfortable as possible and helping me emotionally through the process as well. **20 stars**

Love Chester Vet. They are very accommodating. When I have called due to a sick pet I am told to come right down, and they take care of my dogs right away. They have a very friendly staff and you never wait long for appointments. I always feel like my dogs are in good hands with Chester Vet!
