My wife and I very much enjoyed our visit with Bill, and feeding and learning about his fluffy (woolly? fleecy? fibrous?) friends. Even in a short time, we were able to confirm that, as he says, they have different personalities. Recommended for the young, or young at heart.

I’m sorry to say we were a bit disappointed with our visit. It started with our online purchase, two adults and one child which totals $25 but our credit card was charged $35. We decided that we would bring it up once we got to the farm, but that was not to be.We were greeted with an “oh, I forgot to block off the calendar for today.” We had driven 40 minutes to get there, so we awkwardly responded that we were sorry (not sure what we were sorry for….showing up maybe?)Our “tour” was all of 30 minutes and that was because we were trying to stretch it out by asking questions. Unlike some of the other reviews who wrote they were allowed to pet and even go inside the pens of the alpacas, we were told that they did not like to be touched. So we fed them from the outside of the fence.The Alpacas were very cute and seeing them was fun. But the overall experience was disappointing. We had packed a picnic lunch, as we read on the website as something inviting to do, but felt like we were just in the way, so we had our picnic elsewhere.Based on the other reviews, it looks like we hit Farmer Bill on an off day. Too bad.

I had such a great experience visiting the alpacas and I learned so much from Bill during our visit. He is a wealth of knowledge and clearly cares deeply for his alpacas. What an incredible treasure right here in Chester. Highly recommend a visit. They also have a great little gift shop.

This place is amazing ,We came here because it was my daughter’s birthday yesterday and she loves animals. The owner Bill is super nice and sweet. The alpacas were so beautiful and it was an amazing experience, it is definitely worth it. Afterwards we went to eat at moravelas pizzeria , it was also amazing and delicious, Thanks Bill .

Took my mom today for her birthday. We made the decision last minute and were easily accommodated. Bill was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. We got to feed the male alpacas and go in to hang out up close with the females. It’s obvious how much he loves the alpacas and he was great to talk to. An especially great part was that its customized in a way that you wouldn’t get at a larger/commercial type farm. Very clean and comfortable. It was a one of a kind experience, very reasonably priced, and I would recommend. My mom was very happy with the experience! The area is also adorable to check out before or afterwards.

Bill is a delightful man who will teach you all about his Alpacas and all their personalities. My husband and I came for open house day and throughly enjoyed ourselves. The boys are very friendly and loved the attention

FREE personal tour with the owner. My kids and I loved seeing the alpacas up close. The owner was very friendly. Afterwards the kids picked out souvenirs in the reasonably priced gift shop which I didn't mind since the tour was free.

It was my first time seeing real alpacas, and I am glad I got to meet them at Chakana Sky Alpacas!!!!!! We booked in the morning through their website on Facebook, and our booking was immediately confirmed for the afternoon. Bill and his alpacas are so sweet. We got to feed them, and we were allowed to get so close to them too. We spent almost an hour adoring the alpacas and choosing the alpaca stuff they sell at their cute store. Super nice experience overall!!!!!!!

Bill is a nice guy! Definitely passionate about his alpaca herd. His collection of alpacas are amazing! Over ten and they're so cute! Definitely don't miss this experience! We even fed them!

Bill was such a gracious host, introducing us to his sweet alpacas today. It is a small low key farm, with a wonderful gift shop. Some of the items made with wool from these alpacas. I learned a lot about the care and daily life of living with these amazing creatures. Apparently they have Alpaca Yoga in the summer so I will be back to check that out.
