Hi mom went to store. Never had any be so rude. She excited about new phone. The sales Associate taylor told her do your self. I will calling corporate office Monday. You don't belong working at store if can't help the customer. We will never shop there again. Make sure not ask taylor. She really rude person she wouldn't help put her kids pic on phone.

Don't select this location for a Verizon phone pick up. After an hour on a chat with Verizon to secure a trade in deal and a location to pick up the device I got an email that the order was cancelled. Having no idea why my order was cancelled I called Verizon. We spent an hour resetting the deal. Immediately I get an email the order was cancelled! I called this store directly to find out that the phone they have in stock was open box and could not be sold as new so they just cancelled the order. No contact to the customer OR Verizon to tell them why they are cancelling these orders. I gave up for a few days...good thing since the phone was now trapped in a trade-in agreement loop that required calling Verizon again and wasting another hour of my life getting the IMEI on the phone released so I could start the process again. Searching for phones I see that this store STILL lists a blue iPhone 14 in their inventory!

After frustrating experiences at a corporate store and technical difficulties with Verizon’s website the night before I popped into this location during lunch. I went in for an upgrade to an iPhone 13 Pro. Tim had me up and running in less time than I thought it would take! He was professional, helpful and personable. I walked out of there pleased with the entire experience. Stop in at Russell Cellular on Highland Ave in Cheshire, leave satisfied!
