I am not one to write a review but for this situation I will. How can the worker charge me $103 to put my car on the lift and tell me my brakes are bad. He should have told me ahead of time he was going to charge me that much before he went ahead and looked at my car. $103 for putting my car on the lift and giving me an estimate. That's insane. I called back down there and he said nothing is free in this world and he had to get paid for his time. You did nothing to my car and I took 20 minutes of your time. Ripping people off is not a way to run a business. And I would've considered getting my car done there but you lost my business that's for sure. UNREAL

Matt was very helpful. I brought a 2018 Ford Mustang to this shop to diagnose and repair a misfire on cylinder two. Matt was able to diagnose and repair my mustang in a timely manner right before leaving for vacation ! :) The most notable part of the service was the detailed diagnostic I was provided, it was very helpful and knowledgeable. As someone who appreciates cars it’s nice to bring your shop to someone who shares the same quality.

I Go deliver my second delivery at triple J Automative and the technician basically started spazzing on me because he was getting too many DoorDashs to the company. If you're in their service Industry you would think you would have patience to deal with all the moving parts that come with the business. Never bringing any business here if this is how they talk to their customers

Matt is a phenomenal mechanic and a great guy. Brought my 04 Silverado in for a bunch of work- Matt kept me informed throughout the entire process and was always honest. I haven’t received better service than what I received at Triple J. Highly recommend!

The owner is very knowledgeable, teaches you about your car and the repairs he did, even confirming my suspicions regarding old repairs . Very nice guy. Expensive though, which I get because the rents high in the building he's in. You can thank the landlords in Cheshire for that. It's a shame.

Arranged to bring my 1966 Ford in to be inspected and to get an estimate of the cost of repairs to get it on the road again. After a couple of hours there I was told I was probably looking at $7000. Justifiably shocked I asked to get a written estimate thinking there might be some items that could be done later. I was told I would have that estimate in a few days. Then another week. I contacted Matt several times asking for the update until eventually I gave up and found another shop. I don't care if he didn't want the work, but just to disappear and stop responding is unprofessional. I'm sure he is a competent mechanic, but perhaps understaffed , overwhelmed and unorganized. I've since had another shop complete the repairs at a much lower cost and it is running wonderfully. Glad it all worked out but disappointed in this experience.

Great experience. Came in today with my brake light on, he explained the issue in layman’s terms and walked me through the estimate. He had the car ready by late afternoon—brake pads and rotors replaced. Can’t express how much I appreciate the service!
