As someone who doesn’t leave reviews often, I felt compelled to leave some kind words here. Insurance and insurance shopping has a tendency to be tedious and time consuming, and most often leaves you feeling slightly in the dark while someone crunches number for you. If you are looking for a better experience than what you’re used to, this agency is where you need to go. Phil helped me out immensely, was accessible, communicative, and transparent. He is an honest and genuine person who clearly has the best interest of his clients in mind at all times. He took the time to efficiently and adequately explain all the numbers on the page, why certain selections are the best to make, and which options don’t make sense. The office itself is easy to find, parking is a breeze, and inside there is a feeling of comfort and homeliness. The employees all strike a perfect balance of friendliness and professionalism and inspire confidence in their services. Anybody in Cheshire and the surrounding area should give the Newton Agency their consideration, and trust them with their insurance needs.Thanks for everything!

Lied about policy. Denied me access to recorded phone calls of conversations about policy. Made changes to policy after it was cancelled. Added charges after policy was cancelled and this is all documented. The owner Phillip Newton was very rude and disrespectful. Will be filing a complaint with Allstate Corporate and the Department of insurance. No professionalism and horrible experience overall. Do not use in my opinion and would not recommend using this agency for any type of insurance. Deserves 0 stars

Yvonne and Phillip at my local office are great!. Yvonne picked up the phone at 4:55 before a holiday and walked me through a new claim. They follow up personally when a payment is coming due and remember who I am as a customer
