The owner and staff have worked well with us to remedy the situation. We are now in a new truck with them and are much happier with the service. We appreciate the staff taking ownership of the problem and working towards a resolution.

I have purchased 2 vehicles from Richard Chevrolet in the past 6 years. My new vehicle (20K miles) has an error light that indicates steering issue and do not drive vehicle more than 50 miles. I called for service and was told the first availability is 9 days out. Advised by service agent that if I have the vehicle towed in they would look at it sooner - possibly 3-4 days. They then told me that someone would contact me about a loaner vehicle. That was yesterday and still have not been contacted. Called in today after my vehicle was towed to their location and asked about loaner vehicle. Now none are available - but I could rent a vehicle. After being put on hold I was then told that no rental vehicles available until the end of next week. I asked for a return call from the manager I spoke with yesterday regarding a loaner. That was 4 hours ago and still no contact. There is no sense of urgency or prioritization due to the fact the vehicle is not able to be driven. Lack of empathy on the phone comes through loud and clear. As mentioned last 2 vehicles were purchased from Richard Chevrolet. They will be the last vehicles ever purchased from this dealership. Just bought a $51,000 vehicle last week. Totally forgot to request rain guards.Called today and was transferred 3 times only to be told I needed to call another number. Called the manager of Richard Chevrolet very upset and told him the problem. On hold for a few minutes and next thing I am connected to the parts department.No one wants to be held accountable apparently there is no communication between departments.

We used Richard Chevrolet Collision Center to do some body repairs on our 2019 Ford Edge as they were an approved shop for our insurance company. We could not have been more satisfied with the service, quality of workmanship and timely communications throughout the entire process. Kyle was our service representative and did a great job coordinating repairs and keeping us informed. Would definitely recommend this business to others and would not hesitate to use them again wer the need to arise.

If you are in the market for a Chevy, you need to just not even bother with the other dealerships in the state and just go here. Absolutely wonderful, professional, no nonsense. We had had several other terrible experiences at other dealerships and ended up here. My husband looked at the trucks, liked one, we went for a test drive, he wanted it, we started paperwork, put down a down payment, and came back the next day to pick it up. Francine was amazing, and it was how new car buying should be.
