“Firstly, both of the salespersons were great. We were welcomed and informed of how long the wait would take, which allowed us to know that we were seen. They were very pleasant; Mehkai, was the person that addressed our needs, but between them both, we really did not mind whom we received because they both had a professional warmth! Mehkai was thorough, patient regarding all our questionings, and informative. When we entered the store I observed the interaction both reps had with other customers and found that we experienced the same exact treatment with different circumstances; I felt like we were all that mattered at that time... not just for a sale, although important, but because we were there, and you can see and feel that they enjoy what they do. Telling me he couldn’t take the product back nor could he refund my money all refunds are final and there was no sense of compromise. All of the stuff the in the store is all refurbished you’re gonna get a piece of garbage and we are you to realize that would you try to take it back he is going to try to make you look like you are insufficient it an incompetent of learning how technology works. Don’t shop here”

Turns out they needed a manager to approve something in their system to continue with my account. There was no manager on duty. I was informed I'd have to wait two more days before that person would be back. The employee offered me no other solution. I had to think for him and inquired about another manager at any other location.
I want to the southington Connecticut location where my issue was resolved within minutes and I was able to walk out with my SIM card and my phone back up and running. They were friendly and mentioned to me that they've had many people come from the Bristol location over to southington to get their issues resolved.”

They keep telling me to call the online service, then the online service tells to go to the store. Never again then store clerk tells me it will be $498 to upgrade the iPhone 11. That’s the upgrade and if the online representative said something different they do not do what they can do call them back. So I did then the online representative said go back to the store only the store can do upgrades to phone plan and I have been a customer for 5 years. This is craziness. So I ask for a supervisor politely no attitude at all. Then they tell they only can give me an android upgrade to stay when I got a iPhone and can go to boost mobile for a better upgrade for a iPhone. I even told them I like thier service is their anything can do even if I pay more for the upgrade they said no only the store do upgrades. Then they have promotions online for iPhones they won’t give online im very confused on why should I stay with them ever again. This company will make run around waste gas almost $4.00 a gallon to do nothing then tell go back a different location store this is craziness. Help please”

He was patient & provided EXCEPTIONAL customer service while trying to get my new cell phone replacement phone to work. A SIM card was replaced & it took nearly 4 hrs. for someone in Network to review the issue. It wasn't resolved until I requested a "supervisor". Being an at&t retiree, I know how important customer service is to the company & Brandon EXEMPLIFIED
