I come here every month to pay my mortgage and the staff are friendly and quick.
A couple months ago when I had an issue with my home insurance escrow, they were able to quickly get in touch with their main office, and fixed the issue quickly. I appreciated that.

The people working there have a BIG attitude!! And they never help a customer in the right way!! Including the manager Kathy LarkinThe issue is only with the Cheshire locationThe other locations in Connecticut are fineIf you need to go to M&T Bank don’t go to the one in Cheshire!!!

M and t ALWAYS has got some issue. Whether it be changing my routing number and not telling me, cancelling my card without telling me then taking three months to send me a new one, and Oh- I just called to ask what my routing number is since they give me a different answer everytime and their “systems down”. Their system is always “down”. the state of CT issued a warning about m and t bank and I’m warning you too- DO NOT JOIN THIS BANK. IT IS A LIVING H311
