Went to drop off clothes at the donation center for the first time- so I wasn’t sure what I was supposed to do. The man working screamed at me for walking in and told me to put it in bin. And I went to go ask if he wanted my bin as well and he said to me “did you need something else?” with lots of attitude. And then when I was waiting outside- he asked me again. Then I asked for a tax receipt and he huffed and rolled his eye. He gave it to me and I was making sure so I asked if it was for taxes. And then he said it is a tax receipt, again with attitude. Was very displeased with his attitude and manners.

I was looking forward to stopping here on my way home I don't live nearby and when I came into the store I had to use the bathroom. Their signs on the door saying that there's no more public restrooms. Now I have to get back in my car and I have to drive to another store to use the bathroom. I'm not going to return to give them my business. I'm doing a clean out of my apartment right now and I had a lot of donations but I think they'll be going elsewhere...

Great place and nice employees. I go almost every week. Wish there were more carriages, my grandma needs something to lean on while shopping, and most of the time the carts are taken.

Cheshire Goodwill is a gem. It is the cleanest, best smelling, and most thoroughly organized thrift shop I've been to so far. They put out the best quality items only. You very rarely run into a over worn piece of clothing. The housewares are amazing! The rows of clothing aren't too tight so there's room if someone needs to go around you. The workers are always putting out new inventory. It's such a wonderful place!

Great discoveries simply require patience. However, we encountered an issue at the cashier with an individual named Huanlin (I believe thats how you spell his name also the only asian one there), who appeared to express frustration through eye-rolling and muttering under his breath when we requested newspaper to wrap nine pieces of glass, of which I wrapped eight. His demeanor was unprofessional and he seemed reluctant to engage with customers. This is my second encounter with him, the first being a cold greeting and an overall unfriendly demeanor, suggesting he may not be well-suited for customer-facing roles. It sounds like reassigning him to a non-customer-facing role would be beneficial, as his attitude is noticeable and seems to be affecting customer experiences. This behavior is unusual for Goodwill, and it's concerning that it may be a recurring issue, as evidenced by overheard conversations of others expressing reluctance to check out with him.

Michelle was so sweet on Sunday. Despite being busy working she took the time to chat. She asked if I needed any help and was able to assist me with finding curtains. A very hard worker and added a person touch!
