As someone who has been in the customer service industry for 15 years, I have high expectations when it comes to customer service and everything that it entails. From the moment I interacted with Abbey, I was blown away. She answered all the questions that I had without making me feel like I was being a bother. She explained everything about the different policies so I was able to understand and helped me make the best decision! It’s hard to find people who care about their job and the customers they are dealing with and Abbey was a breath of fresh air. Please recognize her for her hospitality and genuine care for her job!
