Both the LPN Tiffany and Siama Ramlogan, NP were friendly, efficient and caring during my visit today at CVS minute clinic in Cheshire. Despite it being a busy holiday weekend they were patient and I did not feel rushed. I would recommend coming to this site over busier crowded urgent cares as making an appointment is easy and convenient

Came here for vaccines at the pharmacy. The pharmacist, Dr pfeffer (I think) is amazing. Kind, friendly, humble..... I will come here all the time now.

I am very disappointed in this store. This isn't the first time the pharmacy has messed up my medication brand. I have been on the same medication for many years. They filled one of my medication save the day. I'm not using the specific brand that has always been called in by my doctor. I got home open the bottle and noticed it was not the right one. I immediately called the pharmacy I was told to hold onto my medication I have received, Until my brand was available so I started calling at least every other day to see if the brand and manufacturer was available. Today I called and they told me it was still not available but I spoke with the pharmacist named Doug who was extremely rude to me, now telling me he will not take my medication back even though this is not my fault once again! So when I run out of the current medication I am taking with the correct manufacturer, what would CVS like me to do?? You don't mess with peoples medications! A text message or phone call or even telling me at pick up that it's not the right manufacturer would have been great, so it could have been sent to a CVS that has it.

Siama was thorough, polite, and efficient. My son needed a different level of care she called the facility to ensure the right kind of tech was there and sent us with all of our paperwork and test results so they could help us as quickly as possible. We are visiting from out of state and would go back!

I can't count the times my prescriptions have not been ready. The people are friendly. The store is clean. The front registers are sometimes a nightmare. I've switched to Caremark their mail order division. At least I can get 90 pills at once. I would think it would be the opposite but I'm happy with the mail order. My advice. Sit down and put a plan in place for the pharmacy to get rid of the chaos. Hire one or two more people back there.

Tricia of the ear piercing section was very efficient and made my granddaughter’s experience pleasant and she felt at ease with Tricia.. Would highly recommend her expertise in ear piercing.

Manhouly Phouthachack was my nurse. She was a mess. I actually thought she was a customer. She was disheveled such a mess. Her hair ,her mask was from Covid 2020. She rushed thru everything. I wish I just left when I saw her. So that's my fault. She didn't do half the things she said in my notes. So beware. If you see her just say no. The other girl there at least looked clean and proper. Stay clear of her. She also makes up results when she doesn't do test properly. This is not her only job. I think it's just extra money. Because she's terrible. Don't let this woman help you. She will just make stuff up. You have been warned. Be safe out there.

Pharmacy drive thru is slow slow, and no one apologizes for the wait. If you need to pick up a prescription, either go in or switch to rite-aid.

Drive thru self testing for covid was easy and the PCR results came back in about 28 hours. The only downfall was the customer in line behind me. The pharmacy staff member I interacted with was really nice.

I fill all my prescriptions here, the pharmacist is so knowledgeable and always takes the time to answer my questions, he has gone above and beyond to help me, even as far as going into the isle to help me find and choose supplements!

Used the minute clinic at this location and it was just absolutely awful. The person "taking care" of me was rude and unwilling to help in the simplest way. I have had good experiences at other minute clinics, so I would just go to Waterbury or north haven instead.
