Bank elsewhere, they hit you with all kinds of fees. Huntington Bank doesn't hit you with fees like chase. Im switching.

No one is ever available to help. It’s a building with apparently no one but customers in it.

I went to this agency for the first time, and it was a pleasant experience, the people who assisted me were very friendly and eager to help the client,

For regular banking, they're fine. But to open an estate account is a whole process, and apparently to get a medallion stamp for disbursement of a $126 share of stock you have to wait 2-3 business days for them to review your info before they can even determine if they can do it.The chase branch in Brooklyn was way better, i never had any issues getting a medallion stamp for stock liquidation from my dad's estate, but apparently this branch likes to make everything difficult. I've had chase accounts for well over a decade, maybe even longer at this point, but lord, never had such difficulty.Context: my mom died with ownership of a single share of stock. It was a paper certificate issued in the 80s that no one can locate. In order to liquidate a stock, you have to fill out a transfer form that requires a medallion stamp. Chase won't do medallion stamps unless I have an estate account with them, but to open the account, their legal team has to review all the docs and then get back to me when it's "approved " to open the account... and only then can i "maybe" get my medallion stamp, so that i can cash out this stupid $126 share of stock .Takeaway: designate a beneficiary for all your assets, and don't lose paper stock certs... and maybe choose a credit union for estate accounts

I wanted to take a moment to express my satisfaction with the service I received while setting up a business account at Chase bank. Upon entering the branch, I was warmly greeted by the chase bank team with genuine smiles. The bank manager, Nicole, introduced herself and promptly connected me with Reszi, who efficiently assisted in the setup of my business account. I was impressed by Reszi's professionalism and extensive knowledge, as she guided me through the process and addressed all of my inquiries.
Thanks to Reszi's assistance, I was able to establish both a checking and savings account for my business smoothly and with ease. I greatly appreciate her expertise and helpful demeanor throughout the entire experience. This positive encounter has solidified my confidence in Chase bank, and I am pleased to say that I have found my lifelong banking partner. I want to Thank Chase Bank for providing excellent service, and extend my gratitude to Nicole and Reszi for their outstanding support.

I admittedly almost got a little nervous/intimidated when I saw the other Google reviews, but I'm really happy to say that I didn't have any problems on my first day visiting here, and everyone was super nice. They were very accomodating and I ended up getting even more out of my visit than I was hoping for/expecting. I highly recommend the Cheshire branch for Chase Bank. Absolutely 5 out of 5 stars from me! :)

Worst experience ever, bring your business somewhere else, where they actually at least pretend to care for their customers,The employees here act and treat you like you are a worthless person and judge you on your appearance,They are not willing answer simple questions and seem to be bothered when they actually have to get up their seat,First question from them is: are you a Custumer here? And when the answer Is no, they will treat you like you came into their living room with your shoes full of mud.Disgusted!!! Is how I left this office.People: if you don’t like your job, get a better education and find a job according to your personality and mental capabilities, if you don’t like people, don’t work where Custumer service is necessary.I was denied opening account at this branch,Even when I was holding in my hands a checkFor 11k from one their own customers.I was ask to go back a different day or to make an appointment. If you don’t want my business STOP sending your fliers and “amazing” offers to my mail box and my email.I will steer away as many people as I can to stay away from this bank and specially this location At Cheshire CT.The one star is only necessary to review hereBut this branch does not even deserve toTo be rated with stars, if it was p*** emojisThen you’d definitely get 5 from me.

This is a new bank to the area and I can’t even get a return phone call or a response to an e/m. I was considering opening an account with this new branch but the customer service is so poor, I’m not sure I would feel comfortable with them managing my banking needs. Totally disappointed!

My husband and I went here at noon on Saturday 2/18/23 and were turned away stating that they didn't have any appointments left for the day, even though only one customer was with a teller and they were open for another 2 hours. This seemed odd but I gave them another chance.I had scheduled an appointment for 3/4/23 a week in advance to open a new account. I received multiple reminders confirming my appointment, however the afternoon prior I received another email stating my appointment was canceled. I replied to the banker Nicole to inquire and she has still not responded to me to this day. For a bank that is new in town they sure don't act like they want any business.
