“Always a great experience all employees are wonderful and friendly. One particular gentleman that went the extra mile on 10/05/2024 at 10:30 who was working the vacuum stations I didn’t catch his name he always goes the extra mile ! He checks on the customers, made sure there was always clean towels, took the dirty ones away and made sure all chemicals were full. Naugatuck location never disappoints !!!”

“My SUV was completely filthy with some offroad activity, but went to their middle bay, and it worked great and there was no streaking, no spotting so they must be using the good stuff; frankly my car looked as good as the day I picked it up. Highly recommend. Touchless sets it apart, nothing gets damaged or scratched that's super important to me.”

The vacuums are nice, the wash itself isn't bad, but for $20, the wheels always come out 5x dirtier than when they came in...
I don't know what you guys have to do to fix this, but it's seriously a problem.
Maybe make an option that I can takeoff the tire shine while I still want the ceramic coating and all the other chemicals.
oh also, the tire shine flings onto my paint and it leaves a bunch of black spots that I have to scrub off every time I wash it.
I want all of the chemicals that come with the best wash, but this makes it very difficult to justify having the membership or purchasing the wash.”

“7/31/23 This place has evolved since the last time we went here. They have a two food trucks on the property food, and most of the employees work very hard, but there seems to be a little disorganized when you come out of the car wash. The are usually very busy and the wait was a little longer than I expected. In the end our vehicle looked great, except for the food left inside on the side of the driver’s seat. You have to check everything before you leave. We got the works which I thought was a little expensive for a car wash. ($60.00 +$10.00 tip)”

The new owners converted to Shell and did a bunch of upgrades.I'm happy that they are keeping the place up. Levy is still there. I sure miss Bob and Eric. They were the best!!!
