“I have the monthly membership for Splash and use the Cheshire location exclusively. They take good care of my car and it always comes out looking clean and shiny. At different times of day theres more or less people working but they always move you through the line quickly and efficiently.”

“My SUV was completely filthy with some offroad activity, but went to their middle bay, and it worked great and there was no streaking, no spotting so they must be using the good stuff; frankly my car looked as good as the day I picked it up. Highly recommend. Touchless sets it apart, nothing gets damaged or scratched that's super important to me.”

“My wife has been going there for years . Recently I had out 2010 Hyundai Elantra up on a lift to check for rust and rot . Other than some superficial rust . Could not find anything. I attribute it to my wife going there and always getting the under wash spray with rust inhibitor. . I just with it was a bit cheaper especially for having 2 unlimited cars on the plan. If it was cheaper it would earn 5 stars”

“Very friendly service. I have the unlimited plan and we'll worth the money. I usually get to the free vacuum and cleaning supplies pretty easy even when it's busy. There was only once when I went that there were no more cleaning supplies left or maybe not refilled but it was very busy that day. Overall I'm very satisfied.”

“7/31/23 This place has evolved since the last time we went here. They have a two food trucks on the property food, and most of the employees work very hard, but there seems to be a little disorganized when you come out of the car wash. The are usually very busy and the wait was a little longer than I expected. In the end our vehicle looked great, except for the food left inside on the side of the driver’s seat. You have to check everything before you leave. We got the works which I thought was a little expensive for a car wash. ($60.00 +$10.00 tip)”

Glad to see they listen to their customers.Good small business and they DO answer the phone. The touchless wash works better than others in the area.Negative reviews seem to be mostly uninformed consumers. A touchless wash is not ideal for absolutely filthy cars, vehicles covered in sap, or cars with caked-on neglect. For really gross cars, use the self wash bays to loosen stuff up and get the car to a decent baseline. After that, the touchless bay is a great way to keep up with maintenance cleaning without damaging paint like a touch automated car wash would. A touchless wash will not make a shamefully disgusting car clean, but it'll make a reasonably dirty car look great. ?(Section criticizing their lack of trash cans removed, since they did the right thing and added them!)”

“It's a nice place and the service is usually friendly. I wish they would pretreat the front end and rocker panels before going into the wash. It seems that I get a better clean at other places because this isn't done here. My car seems to be tricky for these automatic ones in that the tire shine never gets all four tires because my car is narrower than most. And somehow there is always suds that remain around the trunk - never rinses cleanly. Should be good for a normal sized car.”
