I called because my other groomer did not want to groom my 15 yr old with skin issues. They shaved half of him and gave up! Allison took him and did a great job. I’m so appreciative ❤️

The lady working is super disrespectful and says her dogs are going into the slaughter house. She was picking up my dog like a toy and being extremely aggressive. Right from there I should’ve known to walk out the door with my dog. Never coming back again. I was super worried about him all day at work. Horrible decision to come here in the first place.

Allyson has groomed our family dogs for over 20 years. We trust her and her team implicitly with our furry family members. Our dogs are always beautifully groomed, and well cared for when they are in Beauty In the Beast’s care. Pricing is wonderful and drop off and pick up is a breeze. Please never ever bring your dog here. I made this mistake and I wish I looked at the reviews before going. We took my dog in to get her nails trimmed. They were a bit long because we just moved and haven't had time to trim them. She is usually a bit dramatic when she gets them trimmed but this was different. She was crying the entire time in pain. I got in the car to take a look and every single nail was bleeding and her dew claws were so short. They clearly didn't bother about the quick, just cut right through every single one. I didn't even bother to go back in to discuss it. I'm just never going back and you shouldn't either.

Don’t bring your dog here!!! I always wondered why my dog was so miserable and quiet for days after going there…Walked in one day to pick my dog up to find one of the owners blow drying another dog. She had the hair dryer aimed right in its ear and the dog was yelping and she just keep doing it while dog keep yelping then it finally nipped at her and she smacked it in the face!!!! Saw me there and said “f——er just bit me!” I know why!!! I saw it!!! It was terrible and my dog has NEVER been back!!

I took my 4 month old mini Golden Doodle in for the first time. I asked for the works however I specified what I wanted. I asked to trim him around his face. However he came back looking terrible. Mainly at his eyes because hair was starting to come around his eyes. Completely shaved around his face. Asked for a trim and cut off way too much.. If I could post pics on here I would. Paid so much and very disappointed. I will not be taking my dog back here. Very disappointed. If I could give a 0 I would.

I've never written a negative review in my life, but this place is cause for exception. I'm not sure if the issue is just one employee or if its the owner. Our dog has never had issues with groomers, vets, or anyone for that matter. The woman who clipped his nails there clearly does not like dogs and was rough with him from the beginning, cut his nails far too short to the point he bled a bit and then was rude to me. I've never had someone treat my dog so badly before, I'm astonished this place is still open.

Do not go here. Took our golden doodle there for a grooming. Purchased the “works”package. Our dog looks terrible. I told my wife she should not have paid for this awful job. Terrible !
