We went to update some info in our account, Marc was the one took care of us! Very friendly and knowledgeable about he is doing! Very patient to answer any questions and concerns! Just noticed that his is the Vice president in the branch from his business card! He definitely deserves his title! Thank you Marc!

Called by phone for a question and some information so I don’t have to drive down and waist time. No one picked up, the recorded message stated they are busy and to wait or call back. No one ever picks up the phone!! This experience happened in the past as well, terrible branch and customer service.

I went there to go cash a check that was made out to my name and the lady told me that I cannot cash a check unless I have an account. And did not try to help me at all

Have been a customer for over 20 years. Went to open a new account and needed an appointment. Had to come back 2 hours later. Opened the account, but couldn't get a temporary debit card. Had to wait for My card in the mail. Card would not work at the Teller Invalid ID. Was told to try it again at the ATM tried once and failed tried again and it was blocked. Went in and reset pass code again. Was told to come back 24 hours later try card again. Got to the bank and could not open the door because she didn't give me my card back. They all insisted they gave me my card. Of coarse the customer is always wrong. Right?For 15 years I always used a pass-code with a G on the end. My first initial and a B on the end for My sons account. WELL NO ONE TOLD ME WHEN THEY RE SET MY PASS-CODE I could not use a letter twice by 2 different associates. Finally met the manager, PERFECT, Totally understood my problem. Needed to use a 4 instead of a G. Well after 3 weeks waiting for cards I was able to start using my new account. THIS IS THE CHESHIRE CT BRANCH I'm referring to.

BOA is clearly not listening to their customers!You close branches for weeks without notice and explanation. None of the other banks in town are closed!!!!If BOA was concerned, they would re-open the drive through windows that were closed last year. An alternative would be to have a mobile branch parked in the lot and fully staffed.No idea why BOA would not publish phone numbers for their branches. The 800 number has long wait times and does not replace speaking with branch personnel.Complaints made to 800 number are not addressed and responded to. The idea of customer service at BOA is not recognized by The senior management.The website mentions a complaint form, but none can be found on the site, a clear indication they are not listening.
