Constantly messing up leaving customers stranded. ? not a very good bus company. I left one star if I could have left none I would have. And day after day they mess up. Once again I'm left stranded with groceries.

Worst bus service I have ever encountered. Not reliable in any way and takes over an hour and a half to get to you. The dispatchers are horrible and rude. The only positive is that MOST of the bus drivers are nice.

What the rest of the people said it true but the one thing that bothers me so much is that most of the dispatcher have an a horrible attitude.

Terrible service. Frequently an hour wait for the bus and even longer if people who are close to the bus book rides. As per their stupid system that doesn't go by first come first serve but rather whoever is closest to the bus as it's traveling. You'll see the time jump 20 minutes or more after already waiting a half hour. This is not a reliable service for work or doctors appointments because you never know what time you will be picked up, even if you book ahead. At almost $2 per ride, its not a cheap service either. You would think with all the tax payer funding they get that they would be able to provide services that are affordable to seniors, and disabled/special needs people. It's no wonder they've gone through 30+ drivers in the past 6 months. Seems like a terribly run company all around.

I get that the bus is on a tight schedule but to not allow a disabled person to go back to the stop and retrieve there pocket book. Is just I can’t describe it. This is the second time I’ve had a bad experience this . They need training in sensitivity.

Very convenient, I use this service to get to work during the week. Bus is usually early or late but they're good about letting you know when it will be arriving. You can pick either leave by or arrive by when scheduling a ride.

I requested the bus 644 to pick me up from Middletown bus station at certain time, the driver left before the actual time what I needed.This is insane…I called the operator she said that driver Terrisa left 7:01. Wow, what a nice customer service, blaming your clients back. Well done 9Town Transit

This is the second time I got on the 6pm bus at the New London Station and the driver has a attitude because they have to take a passenger somewhere and they normally don’t have no one on the bus for this last trip….. not only do I get a attitude but they drive reckless cause they have attitude!!!!
