Made the mistake of going to a national oil change shop.
Was I told I needed about $4000 of work and the car was in danger of breaking down immediately. Took the car to Valley Imported. They put it up on the rack and told me next time don’t bring it in unless you have a problem.
I have been having my car serviced there for the last five years. They are fair priced and great to deal with. Don’t go anywhere else!

I am a young woman. Valley imported auto never tries to take advantage of me because I don't understand something. Straight forward, fair prices, fast, best mechanic shop in CT!

I have an older Audi TT and have been looking for a good mechanic to keep it up. I only drive it about 1,000 miles/year. I took it in for an oil change (thought I should do it since it was 1 year since my last one) and they told me that the engine oil is super clean and no need to change it now. Saved me the cost of an oil change! Other mechanics would've just done it for the money. Used them for new spark plugs, Haldex service and fixing some coils at about 50% of what an Audi dealer quoted me. I highly recommend this shop for anyone but specifically for VW/Audi from personal experience.Services: Auto maintenance

When my reliable but aging Volvo needed a timing belt service the dealer quote was almost $2k. Valley was recommended by a friend as reliable and more reasonable than the dealer I had been going to for years. Valley performed the service for less than half what the dealer wanted. Work was done quickly and courteously. Highly recommend these guys when your import is past the warranty period.

When I had a Volkswagon I quickly learned how much better it was to go to Valley Imported than the dealer. They are fantastic to work with and are very knowledgeable. I have found them to be honest and their prices are very fair for the high quality work they do.

Great service, I never want to take my Volkswagen anywhere else! Honest staff that won't pressure you into service that you don't need for your vehicle.
