I had a complicated Amazon return, with five boxes from separate orders. The staff, especially Brett, was exceptionally supportive & efficient in helping me navigate Amazon's strict return policy. This store has offered consistent, reliable, quick service for years.

Brett has always been very helpful. Recently he sent important documents to Canada for me which arrived safely next day as promised. Unlike FedEx which lost a very important package.
Everyone I have dealt with at the Canton location has been helpful and kind. Thank you Canton UPS.

This is the worst UPS Store in the area. It so happens that despite my better judgement I visit this place once in a couple of years to remind myself never to come here again.On one occasion they refused to take my package because I used the wrong tape to close the box. When I ask for the "right" tape they offered to sell me the entire roll and refused to let me use a foot of their own tape that was sitting on the desk.On the other occasion they had bent backwards to avoid taking a coupon. When I gave a coupon to an employee she was puzzled and called her more experienced coworker because she didn’t know what to do with the coupon. Without seeing the coupon, the coworker first said that the coupon must be expired as there are no current coupons offered. After seeing the coupon, he said that it is only the participating stores accept the coupon. When I told him that the UPS Store web site lists his store as the participating store, he told me that this is true, and he would take the coupon. That was a shredding coupon “shred 1 lb, get 1 lb free (up to 10 lbs)”. The store employee who a moment ago told me that he is not aware of any coupons without a moment of hesitation told me that according to instructions he got from the store owner 10 lbs is the limit on total paid and free shredding, meaning that only 5 lbs are free. On top of this, the store charges twice of what other UPS Stores in the area charge for shredding.

I needed a notary last minute and was thankful to find they had one here. Brett was very courteous and helpful today and appreciated his excellent attitude!!!

Chose this location because I had other stops in the area. I had an Amazon return of two boxes using a QR code. I was told that because it was two boxes, I needed two codes. The solution offered was that "for a fee" they could tape my two boxes together. I agreed and was told it would be $5. I pulled out a $20 and was told they didn't have change. It's close to 3 pm on a Monday and you don't have $15 in the till? I dug through my wallet and found a $10 but was told they still didn't have change! So for $1 worth of tape, I had to put a $5 charge on my Credit Card. I'll take my business elsewhere in the future.

The customer service is absolutely wonderful! They were very responsive and helpful in assisting me with picking up, packing, and shipping a package despite me living in another state. Thank you to Matthew, John, and everyone at this UPS Store.

Girl working on a Saturday had no idea how to ship internationally (Canada) and thus turned me away. Do you people not train your employees?? Very disappointed.

An excellent customer experience! I recently needed to dispose of many pounds of documents into their shredder bins so I spent more time than usual in the store, over 2 busy Saturdays. Every customer was greeted in a friendly manner as their packages were processed. It’s just so nice, especially in these times, to have enthusiastic and smiling staff behind the register.

OMG!The young man who greeted us was a gem! The store was slammed at 430pm.He knew we needed a Notary,"I see you don't have packages " lol,he knew .We wer crunched on time for an important issue .He was friendly and the whole store helped (witnessed) for the signing .what a breath of fresh air ,in a great shopping mall in Canton.ty ,he deserves a BIG Xmas Bonus !!tyty

This is one of the worst UPS Stores I've ever worked with. They "packed" and my items, I paid for additional insurance, and they shipped them. They arrived broken and it has been over FOUR MONTHS of bs and the run-around from they guys that "work" here. They lie, never return calls, filed a claim with UPS that UPS corporate said they paid and issued check to this store, and the store management continues to not pay, lie about what's going on, and the next step is small claims court. DO NOT USE THEM.
