Just went this afternoon oct 4 and we felt like we were profiled by this guy telling us at once that we should be paying the exact price on the display,we felt he was intimidating us that we cant buy that samsung galaxy 23.After that comment he went to the backroom and nowehere to be seen and the saleslady who was there accomodate us politely but we keep waiting since that guy is the incharge of that store.We had a bad experience so went straight ahead to tmobile farmington mall and we had a deal with smooth and professional service...maybe try to wear nicely and not to be asian?possibly thats the standard on that store....

I asked to return an item to the store, as an option given to me when I called T-Mobile call center, I asked the staff to process the return that was done incorrectly and they ignored me and told me to drive down the road to UPS instead of changing the order as I asked. They were too busy playing on their phones to help me.

Justin helped us switch carriers and couldn’t have been better. Extremely professional and knowledgeable while still being very personable and nice. Him and his team are top notch at what they do. Highly recommend them and this location for whatever you need from T-Mobile!

Highly recommend this T-Mobile! I accidentally put my iPhone through the washing machine and Allan was super helpful. He had me call him the next day after it had dried out and remotely put the e-sim in my phone. Amazing customer service!

Got a really obnoxious comment from the girl working there that I came in too close to closing. Wasn't buying a new phone so 35 min should have been enough time. Didn't need the comment. You're either open or you're not. If you're open, provide service end of story.

Went in due to issues with my SIM card and my new phone and was quickly helped. The guy was nice but had no idea how to fix my problem. Then a short women simply said it can’t be fixed whatsoever due to it having sim restrictions. They told me I would need to buy another phone and that the one I bought was probably stolen. Went to the T-Mobile in Newington and they fixed my phone in 10 minutes. This store has no idea what they’re talking about

I bought a new phone through T-Mobile online and Justin in Canton was more than happy to assist in the transfer from my old phone. He was awesome! He know the products, the steps, and even when my old phone didn't want to transfer the files, he gladly stayed late to ensure I was all set and good to go. Thank you Justin!!

After receiving zero assistance or service inTorrington I went to Canton to swap from my att unlocked to T-Mobile prepaid plan. Kathy and Justin were very helpful and patient providing me with exactly what I needed. They saved T-Mobile from loosing a new customer after previous negative experience at Torrington CT store. Thanks Kathy and Justin. I also called back thinking I forgot my glasses and Blane was helpful and courteous. Thanks to the Canton T-Mobile team for a positive experience.
