New England Crab Cakes cooking class on 5/15/24 with chef Joy and assistant Lilly was terrrific! Recipes were bursting with flavor (crab cakes, asparagus with prosciutto crisps, shoe string fries and crustless blueberry pie) were bursting with flavor and Joy’s tips and anecdotes were great.
