Was not greeted upon arrival, I went in looking for 3 different products. I was having trouble locating the items so I walked around for 10 min or so. No help or guidance so unfortunately I left empty handed honestly would have been easier to order online.

So I wanted to go to Sephora they said they open at 9 am. It's 9:41am and the girl decides to show up now and open the door. But she opens goes in and locks it up...????....im confused do you open at 9am or what.

I only go to this Sephora because it’s 2 minutes from my home but the staff is the worst. You occasionally get some gem employees but they never stay. Emily is the rudest employee and after one awkward interaction with her, she makes me feel uncomfortable every time I come in the store by telling her coworkers I steal lol. I’ve gone from spending over a few grand at Sephora to going to Ulta 5 minutes down the road and throwing my paycheck at them. Their rewards are better.

I went to Sephora at Kohl's in Canton to pick up a gift. They didn't have what I was looking for, so I walked about five minutes down the road to where the free standing Sephora is. Here they had everything and then some. All the premium fragrances came in a variety of sizes and everything could be tested. The sales girls came over to help me, but they weren't being annoying or overbearing. It seems like this Sephora is really well stocked with all the newest products. All of the makeup can be swatched and sampled. The store it's self is small, but it's very well packed with all of the fragrance, makeup, haircare, skincare, and a decent but overpriced section of travel goodies. Unfortunately, just like everything else in the world the prices have increased at Sephora. Also, if you don't find what you need they can order it for you with fast and free shipping.

I love the energy inside this store! the staff always looks happy to be there- which is important. They’re also helpful and well educated with the products being sold. 10/10 for me!

I don’t normally write reviews, but Lily at the Canton location deserves one. I wear minimal makeup, so what I do wear I want to be easy and look natural. She took the time to make sure I was confident in my new shade (previous foundation was discontinued), and truly listened to me and recommended products (without sales pushing) that were a great fit for what I was talking to her about. She made me want to shop in store again! Thank you Lily.

Today I returned some products that I did not like. Donna(sales associate) seemed super annoyed at my return saying “you’re returning all this?” It was 4-5 items. “She said next time before you buy, you should get help.” I thought she was down right rude, and behaved so poorly as an associate. I’ve been coming to this store location for over 15 years. I honestly don’t want to go back if she’s working there. Customer service is surely lacking, and she should find a job that is more suited for her attitude. It’s never right to shame your customers. I will never deal with her again. I’ve never had an issue with any other employee at Sephora.

I’ve been colored match incorrectly and given the wrong color to buy for different products on several occasions. I looked past it because eventually I got the right shade and like the Sephora brand. But the reason I’m not longer going to buy Sephora: I’m extremely disappointed in customer service both in store and calling the care line for which a product was not shipped to my address, they had entered the wrong address and so I never received it. Their fault, not mine, as it was the person who checked me out that entered my address and did not verify that it was correct.I called customer service and they said I had to go to the store, I went to the store and store they said I had to call the customer service line…. SO who is going to help me???Finally found out they put the order under an old email address and a wrong mailing address.I had to then call customer services again and All they could offer me was a refund because they did not have it in stock online. And I asked if they could allow me to pick it up in store and they said “no” , only can offer me a refund. RIDICULOUS. How can I NOT get the product I paid for it they have it in stock at the store. That makes ZERO sense. Terrible customer service.After consistently buying Sephora products for years, I will no longer be doing so. Keeping policies in place like these and not doing the best you can to right the wrong, you are going to continue to lose revenue.

Most Sephora's I don't want to be bothered in, you know you've been in some pushy Sephora's right? But I've been coming to this one for years and while staff has changed multiple times they're always super nice and helpful and welcoming. I'm supposed to be a grumpy curmudgeon and they've got me like the Grinch..... Bonus the nice manager lady and my big brother (sister when in drag) always pick better and have better taste for me than I do! ... By like so much sometimes I just send him in and say send me pics and prices.

Helpful, friendly staff. There's a large selection of products and plenty of testers (and signs to show sanitary testing practice). I love the Sephora brand products, as they are high quality for low cost.My only complaint is that this store is consistently too bright and too loud to stay in for very long

I had a great time shopping today, Ana was super helpful, i loved her product knowledge and we were basically on the same page with what she recommended and what i wanted to try. Literally was a seamless experience. Thanks girl❤️

I was stalked in this store for 2nd time. I guess baldy thought I was stealing. She waited at the end of each aisle and was down my throat everytime I touched something. I purposely walked the entire store. The Racial Profiling in this store is ridiculous
