Worst body shop I’ve been do, gave them a second chance and they not only messed up but lost any future Bussiness. Was a cash job not insurance. Front desk guy with glasses had horrible aditude for no reason! When asked to fix what was wrong, denied at first then was ghosted for weeks. Shortly after “honoring there work” they took the car back to fix there mistake and it looks worse now. Pending legal litigation. Save your hard earned money.Services: Painting

This is a great body shop. If you are in this area, I would highly recommend seeing the people here for your collision repair needs. They do top notch work and everyone here from front to back is just awesome in attitude and skills to match. Brought my car to be repaired after getting hit on passenger door. Service and work was exceptional. Very happy with the auto body work that was completed. Car was actually finished before the due date. They handled everything from dealing with the insurance company and car rental.

The repair work they did was good, no quality issues. However the communication was terrible. I had to call for updates which they were unable to give with any certainty. This resulted in my being out of town when they completed the repair.I told them I might be out of town when I dropped my car off, the lady at the counter assured me that it wouldn’t be an issue. Well as soon as they got done with the car, my being out of town was an issue. I was told that they had already notified my insurance company and that if I didn’t pick up the car that day that I would be charged for the rental. The guy who called me was rude, condescending and an all out jerk (ray was his name).I would not do business with this company again!

If you enjoy being talked down to or talked to like you're an inconvenience this is the place to take your car. Not only do they not update you on the progress of repairs to your vehicle, when you do call to ask for an update you are met with attitude and told to stop "bothering us" and then get hung up on. My car had been in their possession for nearly 4 weeks getting repairs after an accident and was told the hold up on the last part was my fault because I didn't disclose the headlights in my car had been changed from factory to dark housing when the car was dropped off to them. not only do they show no remorse or apologize for the way they treat you, they do not disclose anywhere that they only take cash or personal check because they're too cheap to afford the fees associated with accepting card. Take your car somewhere you will be treated with respect and to somewhere that values your business because this place, is not it.Services: Tires

Got into accident and brought it here for first time, and it will be the last!! Never ever again. It's taking longer than needed to fix my issues. And extremely rude customer support over the phone. Let alone their website doesn't state they don't accept credit card and I was starting to get a attitude from the guy and got hung up on. Over 1k worth or work iv had to pay for and 6k+ from insurance and got treated like I got a oil change and got blamed I'm the reason it's taking so long bc after market parts. Don't advise doing business with them!Services: Tires

Owner, technicians & office staff have major attitude problems. Rude, smug and unhelpful! Do not care about you or your auto body needs. Terrible customer service and poor relationships with their customers. Save yourself the stress and pick any place but here.

As a business, they are inflexible for timing of repairs. There is no key drop the night before and if you need 3 days of work it can only be dropped off on Monday or Tuesday. They have shorter hours than most companies (8 a to 4 p), so it is a very inconvenient service to most people who hold jobs.

Went here to have repairs done on my bumper after i was rear ended. Very professional, they work fast and Stephanie was very nice, helpful and informative . When i got there they had a rental waiting for me. Work was done in less than a week. Definitely recommend.Services: Body & Trim

Came in for an estimate on some rot repair as well as a rear bumper respray. Owner said “we don’t repair rot,” and told me because my car is a Saab, parts will be hard to find as the brand isn’t around anymore, and therefore refused to give me a quote. Are you kidding me?? For a shop that touts themselves as a “restoration shop” and restores old, rare cars, and does body work on newer cars, that is not acceptable. Most “restoration shops” aren’t afraid to tackle jobs like these and are able to source rare parts. Didn’t give one star because the owner was nice and somewhat apologetic about it, but for a shop that says that about themselves, that is completely unacceptable.
