I was trying to support a small business by ordering my dogs food here. The owner is a rude crotchety man and I will no longer go here due to the attitude I received when I called about placing an order for kibble. The other reviews about him are on par, go elsewhere, at least Amazon has good customer service.

Great store if you like holistic or limited ingredient pet foods. Great selection! The package store next door is worth a visit also!

I purchased a TYM T747 tractor from P&P. The entire experience was top notch and I will definitely be purchasing more equipment from them.

This CFMoto dealership sets the bar for everybody else!! Great assistance at very capacity. Customer service, selection, technical service/repairs, and so much more. I’ve searched and priced at very dealer in CT and nearby NY and Mass. NOBODY comes close to beating their prices! I never knew or heard of this dealership or the people there until a couple weeks ago. And EVERYBODY including in there many other stores, they are extremely helpful, kind and accommodating. They have very talented and competent CfMoto trained service techs there too. I highly recommend to anybody to contact these guys for pricing. They truly want you to be happy with your purchase. Not just to make a sale. My review is a little extended because I was (now retired) an Aerospace/Medical customer/supplier auditor for a couple decades and know good business practices when I see them. P and P Power Equipment definitely has them. Hope this helps in your search.

My go-to place for quality pet food -- I can get cat, dog, bird and fowl food (and other livestock). But the quality is in the forward-thinking staff that brings in the very best products that you can't find elsewhere, a secret trove really--and demonstrates a team that is passionate about doing good in the world, as the food choices on the shelves are those usually going the extra mile. *They can also usually order things not on the shelf with a special order that's timely.
The store has an array of products for pets and also garden supplies, (including live flowers/vegs), soil, and plenty of things you didn't know you needed, but are there to peruse --like the lovely bird art work, or bird fountains and home decorations, and even the floral bouquets that are beautiful and better than supermarket flowers in terms of survival.
The ice cream has vegetarian options -- made on the premisies, along with cookies... and then cookie AND ice cream sandwiches that are amazing on any day of the year... easy to transport when you pass by on the way home... they also have local sodas and eggs, the latter is unbeatable in taste, and I've started going just to pick up the eggs!
The quality of people is the real secret to Pets and Paws success: no matter when you go in, you find authenticity and genuine conversation that is helpful to your needs.
Bird enthusiasts can find a bird expert there to answer all your questions-- also a nice selection of foods, houses --even one for a wood duck -- and lots of extra feed for chicken and duck and so on in the way back... the store is huge and lot to enjoy...
Give them a shot; you won't be disappointed.

I have gone to several pet stores in the area and my dogs frozen food is always so overpriced. I always drive past petals & paws but never stopped. I’m not sure why but I just assumed they didn’t sell any raw food. just recently I decided to check it out and I am so glad I did! My first visit to the store I brought one of my little dogs in with me & the lady at the register was so kind, she even gave her a yak chew to take home! They have raw food, goats milk, dehydrated treats & so many other things I love to buy for my dogs! Everything is also very reasonably priced which I love because all of the other pet stores in the area have insanely high prices. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! This is my go to pet store from now on!

My husband and I have been buying our dog Nova's raw food here since we decided to start her on it 2-3 years ago. They have several different raw food brands and options but we decided to put her on the Abady brand of food. It's done wonders for our furbaby..... she has a long list of outside allergies and a chicken allergy. Although she still suffers from allergies, this food has helped alleviate some of her symptoms. Nova loves it and she's a happy girl!

I take my kids here for ice cream occasionally. There are plenty of flavors to choose from. The service was great and friendly, but a little slow.

You walk into the main store there's no one to help you but if you're "lucky" and someone IS there you are forced to interact with the rudest, unfriendliest people in a retail situation. As far as the ice cream I've been there once several years ago for that and to be fair it was very good but it's really not worth going there for ANYTHING. Do yourself a favor. Do NOT go there. There are other great places and nicer people to interact with for ice cream, flowers etc. No repeat customer here. See ya.

Best ice cream in the Farmington Valley, the flavors are sinful and explosive. Plus the rest of the shop is terrific for animal lovers and pet owners to browse and find delightful purchases for their furry and feathered friends. There's also a greenhouse on the premises. Love this place!

The owner of this place is incredibly rude. My friend and I went in there today, looking for the entrance to Canton Creamery (because it has been "winterized", it was a bit confusing to figure out how to access the ice cream counter). When we asked for directions, the older man (I'm assuming is the owner) gave them to us in a somewhat rude and condescending way. Then, when we were walking out, my friend walked ahead of me. As she turned slightly to the left, instead of to the right, like he advised, he repeated: "to the right...the right... Duhhhh", saying the "duh" in a condescending way - like how a child would to a sibling. This was not quiet or under his breath. This was out loud and meant for us to hear. Unnecessary rudeness. Dude...calm down. We were pleasant to you and excited to eat ice cream... Your attitude sucked and was uncalled for. Why be that way? Why be rude when being kind feels so much better? Reading all these reviews on here helped me see that this attitude seems to be the norm for this guy. I will not go back here.
