This used to be the best store in the area, but is a complete joke since being bought out. Lost orders, forgetting to order parts, and most frustrating, a group of morons running the place.

This place is the absolute worst of the worst. RUN do not walk to literally any other auto parts store in the valley. The shop I've worked at has had a relationship with these guys under previous ownership for 35 years. As soon as corporate took over this Napa it went down hill. We've had issues with inventory being off (can't find the parts you ordered), staff not showing up, not delivering parts, not picking up the phone. Extremely long wait times (but when calling in from personal cell phones they pick right up).I've called managers, I've called corporate nobody seems to care one bit. To clarify our business relationship at one time these guys were our #1 supplier. We were likely there largest volume account at one time. Business must be really good for them if you can afford to sour that type of relationship.In closing it isn't if this store will burn you it's when. Do yourself a favor and buy your parts literally anywhere else.

Super nice! Super helpful. Will give you tons of information over the phone. He just spent 20 minutes on the phone helping me understand whether it might be my alternator or my battery. Top recommendation.

This used to be an awesome parts store, since it went corporate it's terrible. The old staff are gone and replaced with clueless kids. If they can't punch it into a computer they can't help. I had a battery die well within the warranty period but without a receipt they won't help and claim they can't look it up. They changed the layout of the store and in the process got rid of a lot of stock. All the professional autobody and paint stuff is gone, but if you need a good selection of matchbox cars they have you covered. Don't waste your time or money at this place. Auto Zone and Advanced Auto are just down the road, have better prices, parts in stock, and more helpful people.

This store is now completely ruined. Really puts us real mechanics in a bind. Used to be the store that we could run to to get SEM or reducer and other materials and parts the others don't carry. It's unfortunate you joined the masses and took away our only local resource. May as well just order everything online now. What a shame.

I love coming here for my automotive needs they're so patient and so nice and help you find everything you need and even tolerate someone's son who keeps going behind the counter because he doesn't understand that he's not supposed to do that :-)

ever since this place got sold to a different owner the workers are s*** and the parts are s**** Finding out advanced is more reliable then napa is.....if u told me this years ago i would have been in disbelief. The workers here act so entitled and for what? ask them for help and they tell me its "over there" or i ask them for a specific part and they act like its such a problem...if you dont want to do your job that you signed up for..... then dont work. is it okay that they are letting customers into the back??? i mean i personally witnessed a customer and a worker both go upstairs while i was waiting for help for over 10 mins, the same worker (guy in glasses with brown hair...) had me wait LEGIT 15 mins more to purchase the item i waited 20 mins for...i was waiting and waiting and when he asked me what i was waiting for i told him to i wanted to purchase it../he litterally sighed and had a whole attiude Disguted and fustrated! not returning!!!!!!!

Update your hours online! Drove 20 minutes to your shop on a Saturday just to find out that you closed at 4pm, not 5pm. Went to Advance Auto instead. They're open later, friendly, and less expensive. Now they're my place for parts.
