The couple times I've gone here the staff and management unfriendly and have " the hate my job " attitudes. Poor customer service. You could do better!

Awful. Almost always some Issue with reoccurring scrips. Frequently out of common drugs. Ive moved to another pharmacy. Very happy that I did.

I went to CVS as a quick trip to grab a birthday card and gift card for my son's 16th birthday. He asked for a "steam" gift card to purchase video games. The gift card display was well organized and had a full section of steam cards for $20 or $50. I picked one for $50 and since there was a line at the register, used self checkout. Everything was going well, I clicked "continue" to acknowledge the sale of the gift card etc. Paid, and then the light flashed to wait for assistance. The line at the register had died down now except for one woman who was finishing her purchase. She continued to stay and have a conversation with the cashier about baby formula while I waited. Finally I was acknowledged and told that the gift card failed to activate. An employee tried with a different card but was unable to activate that one either. Eventually I was told they must have met their "limit" on those gift cards for the day (it was noon on a Sunday) and weren't allowed to sell anymore. I was only trying to purchase one gift card so it was a store limit, not a customer limit, which makes absolutely no sense. My credit card was refunded, although the refund is still "pending".

This store has gone down hill fast. It used to have the most wonderful ladies working at the cash register. They were always so helpful and friendly, everyone looked forward to shopping here. Now they want you to self check out on machines that never work properly. It's not as clean as it used to be as well. The male manager was awful today when I asked if someone could check me out. There was already a line backed up at it and it wasn't working as usual. I should have just put my items down and walked out- it would have been less aggravating. The guy explained to me that it's easier to shop on line and how I could save money by doing so . He also said that they were going to do all self check outs...he acknowledged that the self checkout machines never work properly but that they were getting new ones in eventually. EVENTUALLY The whole time he had the most insincere fake smile on his face while spitting out facts on how self checkout counters save companies so much money and the don't have to deal with staffing shortages . I can not begin to imagine older folks trying to use these machines . So much for customer service- this used to be such a great store that I loved shopping at - now it's just a tired, unclean store with really poor customer service and even worst management.

Drive thru is horrible. Sit a wait forever as people walk by the window like you're not even there. Then when somebody finally acknowledges you the prescription that was supposed to be done an hour ago still isn't ready so you have to do it all over again

Ppl are nice but omg i ALWAYS wait a ridiculously long time when im go. Theres a long line and only one poor person at the register.... and at the pharmacy. Im a v patient person but this cvs kiiiiinda sucks
