He also remembered helping my boyfriend upgrade his phone a few months ago. My boyfriend is not an easy person to deal with at times and Rob was very patient with him. I will definitely recommend anyone to go see him for their phone needs.”

I was disappointed to find that there were no offers or incentives available to me as a long-time Verizon customer and older retiree (even my old phone was ineligible for a trade-in rebate). In addition, while I didn't know it at the time, I was given inaccurate information in a chat on the Verizon site prior to going to pick up my phone. Not exactly a happy customer. All that changed when I got to the WestFarms Mall store. Everyone greeted me warmly and got right to work assisting me with setup. Adriana and Manny were especially friendly and accommodating, making sure that setup went smoothly. Adriana patiently completed data transfer while I waited. They set a good example -- and earned my 5 star rating -- for Verizon, the company, of positive customer service.”

It was there that I finally had the pleasure of speaking with Assistant Manager Maya Sears Powell, who patiently and professionally attended to my needs. Her excellent customer service was a shining example of the high standards that T-Mobile should strive for. In contrast, my earlier experiences at the Hazard Avenue Branch had left me overwhelmed,but Maya's outstanding service redeemed my faith in T-Mobile's customer care.”

The website could not identify either phone during the trade-in process even though they had been verified before my purchase. Fortunately the manager and assistant manager were able to pull this dumpster fire together and I've been getting my bill credits successfully since March 2023.”

“I went in to trade in my old iPhone for a new one on 4/17.....There were some issues and delays at no fault of Apple. After I was finally able to purchase the phone and moved on to transferring my data to my new phone, there was another issue. One of the workers name Ariel was very kind and eager to help. I was so stressed and mentally drained at this point, but Ariel really helped me to feel at ease and was able to swiftly fix the issue. He even continued to help me after the store had closed until the issue was resolved. I just wanted to give Ariel the recognition that he deserves, because he was helpful, kind, and made an extremely stressful situation not so stressful.”
