My experience with Lava Motors was great! Zach and Patrick at Lava Motors on River Rd know how to run a used car business. I took a vehicle for a test drive, when I returned, I had 2 items that I was concerned with. Lava Motors said they'll take care of them, so I purchased the vehicle. One of my concerns was addressed prior to me picking up the vehicle and the other was fixed right after. They kept their word. I will definitely consider buying another vehicle from them.
This was my first used vehicle purchase in over 30 years. I was a bit hesitant at buying a used vehicle due to a couple of past experiences. Many years ago, I bought a used car, had an issue and the dealer wouldn't do a $30 fix. I ended up fixing it myself. I helped my grandfather years ago buy a vehicle at a different dealership, and the dealer wouldn't do any fixes. Lava Motors doesn’t work that way. They treat their customers well.

I had been looking for a c6 vette for awhile and came across a nice one at lava motors. Initially it was under deposit but that had fallen through and they reached out to me. Patrick was who i worked with and was always polite, helpful, and communicative. He made the process smooth and pleasant. Im only giving 4 stars solely on the fact that when i reached back out, i had asked them if they would take care of some issues with the care that were noticed since driving it off the lot. They had said that would not be an issue. They had the car for 4 days and i received the car back with the same issues so it was as if nothing had gotten fixed as requested and accepted.

We bought a 2018 Jeep Wrangler from Lava and they went above and beyond our expectations!
We had one or two small service issues and they were fixed immediately.
I plan to purchase another car from them and have provided them what I am looking for.
This was the best car buying experience I have ever had and I have purchased many cars.

Horrible lied about changing the filters on my car and added over 2,000 miles to the car after I had put my deposit and began the paperwork process. Also made me wait over 1 months for repairs and one of the sales employees impersonated being the owner.

I found Lava Motors through CarGurus. I had initially been interested in a 2015 Audi, and Zack assured me they would charge the AC before I purchased it. There were several delays which turned out to be due to faulty wiring. The car was looked over thoroughly and determined it could not be repaired. I had almost given up hope of being able to get something in my price range.
Luckily for me, they had this beautiful 2015 BMW in stock, with less mileage than the Audi had. I live out of state, so Zack and Patrick worked hard to make sure I could drive it home the same evening I test drove it. In addition to that, Zack paid to have the windshield replaced, which had a central crack that I was worried about spreading. The windshield repair shop said the top of the old windshield wasn’t sealed well, so it was a very good thing it was replaced before any problems occurred.
I’m so grateful to Zack and Patrick for their honesty and integrity. I love my new car and feel very safe in it. My experience with Lava Motors was fantastic and I highly recommend them if you are looking to purchase a quality used vehicle.

My boyfriend drives by lava motors everyday for work and always tells me about the beautiful cars on the lot. He mentioned they had a Porsche Macan so I went to test drive. When I showed up they handed me the keys to take it for a drive. The car was immaculate! Not a scratch on it! I fell in love. Patrick and Zack made the process super easy! They truly care about you and putting you in a nice car! They gave me a fair price for my trade. One of the best experiences I’ve had buying a car. No pressure at all and they have your best interest in mind. Thank you Patrick and Zack for a wonderful car buying experience and putting me in a beautiful car!

Hands down the best dealership experience I've ever had! Zack (the owner) was not pushy at all and let me view/test drive the vehicle on my own accord. When it came time to purchase, he was more than accommodating and cared more about me being in a reliable vehicle I enjoy, than making a huge profit. Patrick (finance) was efficient and had me done with the process within an hour-hour and a half. I can't recommend this place enough!!!
