The person at the front desk was extremely friendly and professional. The person handling my estimate was attentive. The follow up was lacking. I was told they would need to order the parts and call me the following day when they would know how long it would take and schedule. A week and no call and then I called. I was told it would take up to 3 days, I signed up for text updates and dropped it off on a Tuesday after no updates, I called Thursday and inquired on the status and was told it would be finished by end of day Friday. I received a text my vehicle could be picked up on Saturday morning. I arrive to find there job was not complete and because they are not open for work Saturday, I had to wait until Monday for them to rectify. The manager was apologetic, polite and professional. It was concerning that it appeared no one verified the completion of job.

The work done to fix my car was outstanding. The paint matches perfectly, and numerous pieces of the suspension were replaced to give the car that new feel when going down the road. Very happy with end result! If I had one reservation it would be the optimistic timeline as to when the repairs would be completed. However, the quality of the finished repair was well worth the wait.

My car was brought here to be fixed from an accident. It was there a while due to parts being mailed broken or what not. They went above and beyond to make sure I was aware the whole time and took care of me.
Very impressed with their service and ability to make the situation okay.

Horrible experience, terrible communication! No one answers our calls or returns our messages.
You're requesting a review and we still don't have our car after weeks of waiting and still don't know when it will be ready!
You're estimate said the car would be completed in 6 days, you promised a return phone call the next morning after we inquired as to when the car would be finished we're still waiting for that call.
We are now going into our 5th week with a rental car
We give you zero stars as this is by far the worst experience we have ever had with a dealership
Update: We received our car yesterday afternoon.
