Don’t know if it was the manager but it was a guy in a grey shirt and he had the worst attitude I’ve seen by far. All of the workers are great except for that guy.

I can't really say too much. I've been here once, but they had running shoes I needed in my size, and quite honestly, I liked the interior of the store. There is nothing much else to say besides the store did its job.

My son went to go play golf and he found some golf balls and one of the staff came up and ripped the golf club out of his hand and made him not want to go to that dicks ever again.

Very big store with two floors full sporting goods. The staff is very friendly.

Staff was extremely lazy , clueless when approached and completely useless. The management was the equivalent of speaking to someone on a hidden camera show , a true embarrassment to their brand. The totally empty store says it all perfectly , crying stay away with the strongest of echoes. Definitely avoid this hole like the plague.

Waited long enough to have someone open one of the fitting room doors. No acknowledgment from anyone. I'll buy my shorts somewhere else.

I needed a bike fast so I purchased one on-line for pick up at this store. The staff went out of their way to get the bike ready for me and I was very impressed by the effort. I got a great bike and I was able to ride it home to Winsted!

One of the worst places I've ever been in.asked where items were and was told by an employee and the store manager they don't do that. So, when you shop here I guess it's fend for yourself,unless it time to pay then they're helpful at taking your money. Place earned the title of their store.

The staff were super friendly, Zach and Jordan especially. They recounted their soccer days and helped me pick out the most perfect cleats!! Super personable and didn't just try to sell us the most expensive cleats other! I will absolutely come again and bring my family of 5 other brothers. Thanks, Zach and Jordan!

Interesting encounter today. Went to this store to get some items for my physical therapy for my elbow. A one pound weight and an elbow sleeve. Found the items just fine. But when I went to pay for them that was a different story.In short my card was denied several times due to a location or region restriction on my card. All was in correct in my region on my card but it still declined. After being interrogated by my bank they indicated that the terminal was showing as coming out of Pennsylvania. Despite it being in Connecticut. After I updated my card to reflect Pennsylvania the transaction was approved.The store manager happen to be at the register and I told him my story. He said he would report this to the IT folks. S*** happens.
