After my hair dresser moved away, she recommended me to visit this salon. Every appointment here turned out to be pleasant because the people are wonderful and they provided excellent service within reasonable timing (despite being low on staff members, I think). I do not regret my decision coming to this location and will stay as a loyal customer eventhough this salon is located further away from a nearby salon closer to where I live :)

I am not extremely familiar with using hair cut locations that aren’t great with ethnic hair. I wanted to give this a try. Don’t get me wrong, my hair dresser was great and kind, and she did a wonderful job. It’s just the experience of being an ethnic woman, having to get prices jacked up because I have a type of hair grow out of my hair that I can’t control, and then just the under breathed comments of “this is gunna take a whiiiile, oh wow she’s REALLLY curly, my arms are getting tired you have so much hair”
From the moment I sat to get my hair washed, o felt like an inconvenience..
In the future I will probably request two time slots because I guess it’s a big ordeal to do my hair. Kind of felt like what I imagine a very overweight person feels like when they have to buy two plane seat tickets because of their size.
The prices were alright and my hair dresser was nice.. it was just the atmosphere of feeling like a burden that is all.

I like the hair cut i asked fot a trim on top and the sides cut to a 2 they did that but i also asked for a fade but no they couldn't do that they litterly gave me a bowl cut i did not get what i asked for im going to a new place for a better cut

I have been going to Keri for a few years at cost cutters. I lucked out when I found her because she is remarkable ! She knows me, she knows my hair and what I like and she delivers every time. I don’t particularly care for the salon, the always changing their hours last minute , the poor timing between clients so there can be a wait. Keri makes this all worthwhile for me. Quite honestly I would follow her anywhere. It’s not the salon that keeps me coming back, it’s Keri!!!!Service: Hairstyling

I went to Cost Cutters this past Sunday and Keri cut and styled my hair! She has given me the best hair cut and style I’ve gotten in awhile. She provided me with excellent service!
