Not a good experience at all. First of all it was 7:15 so no line but 5 workers were behind the counter (including the manager) and no one served me for more than a minute because they were talking and were paying no attention. It’s ok to talk with yourcoworkers but you should be proactive when you hear the bell on the door ring because you know a customer is there. We were standing for good minute is so before a worker did come over and I asked that they were open, the worker said straight to my face “you can leave if you want, no one is stopping you”. Manager didn’t even do anything about it too and kept giving us an attitude. Rude workers, bad customer service, overpriced food, poor atmosphere. I hope management pays a visit to see since this kind of incident keeps happening.

I can only hope the kitchen was cleaner than the restaurant. This was my first time at Chipotle. I arrived about 1:45 pm, which I assume was after the lunch rush. There were only about 3 customers in the restaurant. I had already ordered when I noticed that every table in the place was dirty, with miscellaneous pieces of food scattered over every table. The drink station was filthy as well. The cement floor was also dirty, with visible pieces of debris scattered here and there. The garbage can area was probably as clean as a back-alley dumpster. I was there for about 30 minutes and was the last customer there. There were about five or six employees in the back, but no one ever came out to clean anything. It was as filthy when I left as when I arrived. What I could see of the kitchen when I ordered looked okay but, after I left, I wondered if I should have eaten the food I had ordered. Considering the issues Chipotle has had in the past, I was shocked at the low sanitary standards. The food was good, but I will not return.

Got three bowls few days ago, and rice was way undercooked, tasted crunchy..it made me gag. We threw all the food in the trash as it was inedible. This is the first time this happened. And how’s is there no quality control? I make the same rice at home and always comes out perfect.

Ordered 3 meals on app and added tip. Arrived at 6:30 for scheduled pickup. I sent my daughter in. Another person asked about their order and was told they’re running 10 mins behind. My daughter asks about our order and is told it was forgotten about. They’ll get it ready. 10 minutes later she asked again and is told it will be the next one up. She returns to wait at the pickup area. At 7 o’clock I come in to enquire about what’s going on. I show the girls running the front the app showing our order for 6:30. They act incredulous, saying that was 30 minutes ago. I explain that my daughter asked twice about it. They say repeatedly that it’s not their responsibility and dispute what my daughter had told me. I ask for my money back and they say they can’t refund me because I ordered through the app. I ask for my tip back and they respond that they don’t even get those tips. They just keep repeating that they’re not responsible. Unbelievable. Never offered to just give us the food we ordered. Instead, just arguing and denying responsibility. Poorly trained staff and now I want to know if chipotle corporate or the owner of this store is in fact not giving the tips to the employees. If so, that would be defrauding the customer and stealing from the employees. So disappointing.

This has to be the best Chipotle in CT the staff get up at the crack of dawn they are impecable when it comes to hygiene the food is delicious and the staff is polite to every single customer. The managers never stop helping out the workers and vice versa the workersnever stop helping the managers. They even work until late at night preparing for the next day. If there is a negative review here it is bc someone needs some chips and lemonade not because of anything this dine in did. ?

Sad place. No roasted vegetables , no fresh Guacamole and cold meat. This is my 3rd time visiting this store and it wasn’t a charm. They always empty containers and it is not that I was there late in night.Wondering if it is a problem with the Canton store or Chipotle over all has dropped its standards.

Food was fine and the initial girl who took my order and rang me out were nice but then this long haired string bean goober came over and yelled "PROTEIN" at me. Eat a steak stick man.
