Nick and his team at Canton Auto Exchange in Canton Connecticut were absolutely fantastic to work with. They got my son and my daughter-in-law a great deal on a Toyota Highlander. Service was great, communication was excellent, and the price was fantastic. We would do business with them again in a heartbeat. Thanks for all your help.

My family and I have had several experiences buying cars in the past few years. Canton Auto Exchange stands out as the best experience BY FAR. My Honda Civic had a new battery, new tires, and was like a new car. 6 years or so and 100k miles later, it's still great! Poor experiences with other dealers since then have reinforced that I should have given you folks a positive review, so here I am :)

The transmission in my Jeep Patriot died for the second time in almost exactly two years, and I was in an emergency bind for a new vehicle. We found a great little Hyundai Venue for sale at Canton Auto Exchange, and everyone there was incredibly helpful in putting it "on rush" so I wouldn't be without a vehicle for too much longer. We test drove it Saturday, and brought it home this Wednesday evening. I couldn't be more pleased with how everything turned out, and was very impressed with how personable and professional the guys at Canton Auto Exchange are. Thanks again!!!

I wish I could give 0 stars, but that’s not an option. I bought a 2008 Jeep Liberty 2 years ago almost to the day from this establishment. The car had 35,000 on it and i paid 14,000 dollars. For the first 4 months of owning the car I had to bring it back multiple times because the heat wasn’t working. I used my car for a living so I needed the heat to be functional. They kept slapping a bandaid on it and calling it a day. When winter was almost over, the cracked heater core finally gave out and they replaced it. Fast forward to two weeks ago. The car now has 60,000 miles on it. On the way home from work my engine blows. Still owe an obscene amount of money on this hunk of junk sitting in my driveway. We then called Jay and explained everything that happened. He acted like he cared and then claimed he was going to help us find another car and would call us back. It’s been a week and still haven’t heard from him. Needless to say, I will NEVER buy another car from them and recommend you don’t either.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Bought a jeep liberty 2 years ago with 35k miles on it. It lasted till 60k. The car had regular oil changes performed yet the engine blew after 25k miles. (still owe 7k on a car worth 6k, paid 14k) So I called jay to see what we could do about the situation . I figured he might try to rectify the problem. He said his shop wouldn’t want to put an engine in it. I suggested putting me into another car that I would pay for in cash maybe at or as close to cost as possible to make it right. Jay suggested a Kia that he took on trade listed for 10.4K at 9k. The car had frame damage and I didn’t think that was the right car for us.
He said that was the best he could do for us. He assured me that he would look at some of his other cars to see what he could do. That was the last I heard from him or anyone from CAE. You would think a car dealer that buys cars at auctions would be able to get us into a car, relatively cheap and sacrifice one cars profit to make a customer happy. We thought they would care more about their customers, but I guess not. Needless to say, I will not recommend any of my friends or loved ones to find a reliable car here again.

Someone I know bought a car from here and they have been having issues with it ever since he bought it. Dealer also said they would order a part to be put on the car and after purchase, part is “on back order”. No follow through. This oil light will come on when you drive it for not even a 40 min drive, yet the car history report said it was used as company vehicle, no issues.This car is a lemon.

I received exceptional service during my vehicle purchasing process at Canton Auto Exchange. The entire team was extremely nice and welcoming. I was given the space to pick a vehicle that would best suit my needs and I never felt pressured during the process. After a few visits to the dealership, my son and I felt as if we were visiting old friends.
