This has been a go-to place of mine for years since Borders closed and most of the decent private booksellers are not in this area.
As is true with lots of places, things have gone a bit downhill since COVID, and the place is a bit shabby. It's comforting to still have easy chairs to sit in at a bookstore, but the Canton, CT chairs are worn out and disgustingly soiled. Surely, there is a budget for such things.
The cafe area is gross-- they should've continued to clean tables as they did following COVID.
The long-time bookselling staff is still friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Big store but, it's full of nothing and extremely overpriced. Amazon for the win

The Barnes and Noble section is perfect; always a wide selection of books and collectables; however, the Starbucks portion of it really let me down. Employees are extremely rude and ignorant. Just today I had a bad experience with a red-headed employee, screaming at me when I wasn't even talking to her. The drinks were barely shaken as well. It wasn't even rush hour! We were the only ones in line. Really brings down the mood if you want a snack with your reading. Managers should look more into this.

A beautiful bookstore that is well organized and customer service is excellent. You'll find more than books and a café. Just love it!

Love the chain. But I wish this store was a bit more stock in terms of music and movies.

Largest B & N I have ever been to. Good to see a busy bookstore.

A large and organized store. I went in the back entrance from the playground. There was a register but I don't think that's used often. There were a few sale/marked down item racks througout. Each section was nicely organized; I saw a Harry Potter section which I love as a HP nerd. The kids section was spacious; they have a little stage area for storytime. I saw a sign that they read to kids every Saturday morning at 11 am. My toddler loved the mini train set they had there. There is also a cafe onsite up at the front of the store, which was pretty popping on a weekday. There were gifts and other knick knacks; great place to buy things for book worms. Overall, a nice bookstore with a great selection!

The store was great, only real problem was no Primus. Very disappointing Barnes and nobles. Very disappointing.

It's a bookstore, what's not to love? But seriously...this store has a really great layout and friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. It's also got the requisite Starbucks inside AND is located right next to a Ben & Jerry's.

I was able to find and purchase the item I came in for; but it wasn't a memorable experience.
