I had a truly disappointing experience with Bach, and I'm shocked by the lack of professionalism shown by their salesperson, Glen Miza. After 2 weeks of discussions and a phone call just hours before I was set to purchase, Glen sold the truck. Glen knew I was on my way and had even spoken with my insurance agent to have all the proper paperwork set upon my arrival. Without any courtesy call or heads-up, the car was sold out from under me. His reasoning? I didn’t put down a deposit.
Given all the time spent discussing the purchase, and the fact that Glen knew I was coming in the morning, I would have expected at least a call to give me the right of first refusal. For all the positive reviews Bach gets, this experience reflects poorly on their customer service. Adam and team really should look at how I was treated, as its extremely disappointing that they let a salesperson handle things this way.

We Purchased two used cars this summer. One from a Honda dealer in Ct and the other from Bach motors. Bach Motors made everything easy. Pick up day took less than 20 min and they were so nice. I felt like we were a part of their family. I will absolutely use them for my next used car. I wish I had gone here first!!!!!!

My son and I had a great experience start to finish at Bach motors. First off it’s hard these days to find someone to keep their word. I called and spoke to Adam and Brian to make sure the car we wanted to look at was there and if they could hold it because we had over a 2 hour drive. They did just that, a gentleman was interested in the car and didn’t call or have an appointment, he was told he had to wait for us to decide if we were going to buy it. The gentleman had cash in hand and wanted to purchase the car for his son. We obviously purchased the car and Adam kept his word. The sales transaction action was smooth and no pressure, this was my sons first time financing and Adam and Glen took their time explaining everything to him, got us a great rate and helped with insurance and registering our car in NY. It didn’t end there, when my son went to get his car inspected in NY, he was told that he would need to replace his tires very soon as it just passed inspection. I shared this with Adam and without hesitation he said he would help and sent us a check to offset the price of new tires for my son! You don’t find establishments like this anymore, anywhere! They are top notch and it was great to meet car enthusiasts like ourselves. I highly recommend them, I would definitely buy another car from them, I just wish they weren’t so far! Thanks again guys, my son is still smiling!

I purchased a 2015 grand Cherokee from Bach a few months ago. The car is in great shape and was well priced. Exactly what I was looking for.
Moreover, the staff at Bach were very friendly and helpful. I never felt pressured and they guided me through the purchase and made it very easy. They are quick to answer any questions and I would recommend them to anyone!

Has to be one of the smoothest vehicle purchases I have ever made. Went above and beyond to get all aspects of the purchase and registration handled. All the paperwork was ready to go and everything was explained with precision. Would definitely go back without hesitation!
