Learned today after I drove out and dropped my car off that there was a price increase from $79 to $109 on oil changes. That's almost a 40% increase. I called Acura of Berlin, and they didn't have the same increase. Repulsive.

Overall, I had a good experience with all the personnel at the dealership that I interacted especially with Natalia who was very nice and professional during my lease experience, especially this being my first ever Acura vehicle. I highly recommend going to this dealership.

On a recent visit to Acura of Avon, I inquired about extending my lease which would expire in a few months. Before I knew it, Ron DaSilva worked his magic to create a new lease and provide me an RDX of my choice. Dan was the amazing sales associate who handled all phases of transaction, and in a few hours I was heading home in a new RDX. I can’t say enough about Ron and his team; I give them my highest recommendation.

I had a great experience at Acura of Avon. Everyone was kind and knowledgeable and I had an enjoyable experience all around. I want to mention the sales staff I worked with, Monica, Jerry, and Natalia, by name. They worked as a team and were low on pressure and high on making sure I had a good experience. The sales manager Mike was also fantastic, as was Ron, the general manager. Overall the dealership felt like a family dealership and not a corporate one. That is hard to find these days.

I would like to share my experience with Acura of Avon.
Gerry McCormack was the first sales person that came with me to test drive the car I eventually bought.
Gerry was the most considerate, kind and informative person you could ever want.
Explained everything and more about the car.
I felt very comfortable with the process, when normally, buying a car is stressful, especially for a older woman like me.
He introduced me to the rest of the team and all went smoothly.

Service department drags their feet so much. I’ve been after them for months about fixing very small things on my brand new Acura, and I’ve been given excuse after excuse about how this thing and that thing is on back order. Well, I called Acura of Berlin and I got an appointment on the day I called, and I was told the parts that were “on back order” are available in a few days.
Communication is just so poor. They tell me “we’ll call you in March,” then, when I don’t receive a phone call for a month and I have to call them, they sound like they don’t even know what they’re doing. It’s now almost May and still no contact from. I’ve been doing this back and forth for months now. So infuriating.
Will not be visiting Acura of Avon anytime soon and now I have to drive extra time to reliably service my car rather than visit my local dealership.
For 2 years while going to Acura of Berlin, they’ve made every interaction a breeze. I only started going to Avon because I moved.
